I was talking about when I went this year, between February and a couple months ago. I was looking for straps to build my selection and they were all £20-50 over what Apple were charging. Ridiculous. Can't believe anyone would be dumb enough to pay more for secondhand than new.
https://uk.webuy.com/product.php?sku=SAWSSPBBLG42A#.V-FVQyErJD8 £22 for a band. apple now want £49

https://uk.webuy.com/product.php?sku=SAWSLELMBLU42MA#.V-FVxyErJD8 leather band £60 vs apple price of £150?

No-brainer if you want to save a few quid..

Sorry for being so harsh, but you should 100% not be running some random, unverified Python script on your computer if you don't know what you're doing or understand the code. It could cause untold damage to your computer, in this case it's safe but you'd never know that without proper verification and being able to understand how it was written.

I'm not running it on my computer. I'm running it on the Pushbullet app for iOS.

Although he's gone about it the wrong way, the gist of what he's saying is true. A script runs off your computer and Pushbullet gets sent the result. You probably should do a little more research into what you're running before blindly following advice from randoms on the internet. :)

Can someone help an idiot out with the code; I can't spend another day constantly refreshing and as far as I know manchester must be due some stock of plus size iPhones at some point - the only ones I saw were 2 rose gold 128gb ones in the Andale earlier today - have seen loads of pluses elsewhere.

Anyroad, all is fine with the code, but how much of it needs pasting into the terminal? presumably the readme bit doesn't go in. If someone could just point me to the first and last character of the code to be pasted in I'd be extremely grateful.

Many thanks kind sirs and siresses

The actual script must be run on a computer.

Well that just goes to show how low my understanding of it is. I thought it was just a push notifications app whereby you could set up a 'script' that would regularly check a certain channel for changes.

it's here!

Oh, I wouldn't bother. We're being told off and slaughtered for asking questions about it. The hostility in this thread is tangible. It's not worth the embarrassment, clearly.

Thanks im interested to know the store selling process!

They pay same in store also and it saves having to send and wait for a response next day as my recent experience with Mazuma has put me off sending via post and then waiting to receive it back after they try and offer less
The store selling process is straight forward. You go in, they take a quick look at your phone. All they want to see is that it turns on and the buttons work. Then you pop your debit card into the machine and they issue a refund of whatever amount they are buying the phone for. You get to keep the box and the charger. I sold mine on Saturday and the funds were in my account yesterday.

It was done for me, but it's code that runs on a computer, which can be altered to refine location/model/colour/etc and pushes to the pushbullet app when availability occurs. .

Doesn't matter now, I revoked access and deleted the Pushbullet account. If people are gonna be so unpleasant then I'm having no part in it.

256gb 7+ Jet Black now showing as delivery Friday 23rd originally the 26th.

Currently in Anhelm being sent via TNT International Express

Whoooop! It's arrived! UK Mail has come through! I must admit I've been going mental since 3pm when the 'where the driver is on the map' element of the website went down. I was stop 99 and haven't known where he was since stop 75... But it's here!! 1 whole minute before my slot. Now to open... please be perfect, please be perfect! :)

I just got back from picking up a 128 black + from Cambridge and have cancelled my 4-10 October of same model. Thanks for people posting when there was availability.

This is going to be a shock to everyone, but even though I reserved through IUP they let me pay outright ;) in fact the Apple guy said that's what he did too.

Now I have a dilemma as I have no cover for it, it's being sent from The Netherlands so may be a few days yet. So I'm tempted to keep using my 6 until I get it. I have in fact got my 7+ too early.

Gonna check around family and friends first but may have a 32gb Black plus available tomorrow if anyone is interested.

RRP (so long as you promise to cancel your own order / do the same for someone else)

Edit: I'm in Bedford

fingers crossed Glasgow gets +stock in overnight !

Still have my very order for delivery on 08/10 but not even holding my breath for that they are full of sh*t:D

It's surprising which stores, outside of London, for additional stock during the day. I'd guess it was about half of the non-London stores, so I would guess tomorrow will be the rest and those that for stock today might not get more until Thursday... purely guessing. The fact Basingstoke got some today, but not Reading, which is arguably the more prominent of the 2 in the area, just makes me think it's something like that.
