Yep, really doubt it will actually be tomorrow unless it suddenly appears in the U.K. sorting over night to be sent out.
 
Hi Dave. Yes my phone is on the same plane! Looks like they are in Amsterdam now but still haven't got a estimated delivery date when I look on the dhl tracking
When you click on the more shipping info at the bottom of the page it says they're leaving china tomorrow (local time) and get to Netherlands tomorrow afternoon (local time) - think we still have a few days to wait I think? Although it's still v impressive on mine.

Bank has declined payment on my Jet Black Plus order. Used Apple Pay as well.

Does anyone know if this will have delayed my order?

I got that yesterday, just moved to preparing for dispatch in the last few hours some time after I changed the card straight away yesterday.

My 8:10 confirmation is now preparing for dispatch and payment has shown on my card. Hope its ok as it was Apple pay.

If you are preparing for dispatch it will be ok, you don't get that far if your bank is as annoying as the one I used who decline a payment that was authorised via biometrics.

Yeah it doesn't seem likely to me either. But when I phone ups they don't know where my parcel is.

But they said sometimes it happens with no scans. Hope it does turn up as I have taken a day off work and lost money so parcel is not missed.

And does anyone else think this has been the worst iPhone release yet?

Hi guys ! You are experiancing what us Saturday dispatches did ! Apple will update the shipment info once it enters express track! We are all getting our devices tomorrow and was originally the 4th , so expect them in 4/5 days :)
 
My iPhone 7 Plus, 128GB Jet Black, has moved to "preparing for dispatch" and I've been charged! Been out all day at the seaside and came out (where there is better wifi) to find out my phone has finally moved from "processing" :)
 
I only ordered a 7+ JB 128GB a few days ago, looking at 'November' dispatch, just updating the thread for anyone who has held out for an order so long. I was busy deciding whether I wanted jet black or matte black.

Long time lurker, first time poster. I have identical scans, no Exception reason, and an est. delivery date of tomorrow for my 128gb MB+.

Just phoned UPS and apparently mine is still clearing some additional security checks at origin in China. However, the UPS agent didn't really sound like she was sure so I wouldn't be surprised if (and indeed be praying that) the checks that it's clearing are at UK customs. This would seem consistent with what you heard about there sometimes being no scans.

Either way, we should hopefully have an update over night since it looks like the planes that leave Zhengzhou for Europe seem to leave around 8am Chinese time / 1am ours.

I contacted UPS (who couldn't provide any help) who then advised I call Apple.

I contacted Apple who told me that there was an incident in China (not sure what) and unfortunately my order would not be delivered until the 4 October :mad:

So might be an idea for UPS UK orders showing "EXCEPTION" in the tracking details section to call Apple and enquire.

I'm seeing exactly the same.

When I enquired with Apple (UPS told me that Apple may be able to provide more information/help) I was told they had been some incident in China and unfortunately my order would not be delivered until 4 October.
 
It's too convenient that it won't be delivered until the start of the original window, but obviously something has gone wrong, otherwise it wouldn't be marked as exception. Hopefully an update happens soon.

So that exception wasn't just it being held at customs?

I called Apple too and they couldn't make head or tales of it and when I pointed out that their app and website said delivery was the 28th the assistant then phoned ups themselves and came back to me saying it will be delivered tomorrow.

This release has been the worst yet. I am not holding breath for delivery tomorrow but got day off anyway now

I remember reading that the US folk had been caught up in a UPS issue last week. Maybe it was the same for you folk?

Anyone who ordered from John Lewis - what is your order status? Mine says "Received" - i.e. not even confirmed - which is concerning. :/
 
currently pondering what time us DHL with EDD for 28th will actually leave or arrive in the uk on our status, so excited for tomorrow though , its a long needed upgrade from my 6
