DHL folk - how did you guys find your personal tracker?

People have referred to getting your shipping reference from the dispatch email but all I have in that email is my Apple Order number and a deliver reference number. Neither of these numbers do anything for me on DHL tracking pages.

The tracker on the Apple order page only seems to track my original shipment to Amsterdam, then nothing.

Long as it's the right size SIM (nano sim for iPhones)

Thanks, but all I can find is a "delivery reference number" and that does bugger all.

Make sure you put the shipping start date in (mine was 24th sept), choose the destination country (U.K.) and enter the delivery reference number. I struggled too until I'd picked those options. Now I can see mine is out for delivery today at last.

Hi Dave. Yes my phone is on the same plane! Looks like they are in Amsterdam now but still haven't got a estimated delivery date when I look on the dhl tracking

On the DHL beta tracking service it says they don't set off until 8.40 this morning.

I presume that is GMT but not sure.

Yep yesterday at 1pm. I went pfd the day before in the evening. Tracking still showing phone in China but due to me by the 30th.

Got a feeling this lot of phones are hanging around for the ones which are still pfd and they'll move together...

What time you think they will " out for delivery " ? Usual time like 9/9:30

I'm in the same boat, mines showing departed Castle Donnington/East Midlands. My local depot is Carlisle, so I'm getting a feeling mine will be delivered tomorrow unless UPS send them out later in the day when they reach the local depot. Still, better than the 4 October Apple told me yesterday.

I've also got another delivery coming today with UPS (not from Apple) which is shown as on vehicle for delivery today.

No, afternoon and morning, but depending what Apple has paid, will depend if they tell you morning or afternoon or all day

they could be loaded onto separate vans only because of the value of the item. And iv had orders out for delivery at 12pm before and arrive at 4. It depends how they do the logistics, you might find they have 1 van for high value items

Mine was 7-13/10 and has dispatched.

Or that's encouraging. Might call UPS later on and see if they can provide any further update on if it will be delivered today. But UPS weren't very helpful yesterday but that's when my delivery was showing "exception".

It's worth the call like but I wouldn't worry to much ! These companies deliver upto 9pm, it sucks when your the one that late but better then having to sleep another night with no shiny phone

OK, so my 08:06 order for a 128GB, 7+ JB will arrive today - this is great news for everyone as it was originally due for 4th - 10th Oct.

1) UPS have a shocking monitoring system; for a company on their scale i expected much better.
2) Apple, nice one for supplying prior to the agreed date.
3) Now to sell / return the mat black equivalent.

Was hoping there might be another scan when it reached a local hub but doesn't look like that will happen. It left Castle Donnington at 5am this morning so hoping it'll not be far away from the North East
