Their stock level indicator can't even keep track (and thus accepts more orders than there is stock) and it's pathetic that they can put an authorisation on your card and it still not be good enough to reserve a unit of stock.

Yeah thats what I was most surprised about, I considered it a done deal! Especially as I had the security check call where they said it would definitely arrive tomorrow. Complete Joke.

Still preparing for despatch! Just goes to show, it's quicker not to buy the iPhone via pre-order from the manufacturer but to buy it from an independent a couple of weeks after release!

Nope, it's not working again.

It's even failing to authorise my charge card
 
Mine is still stuck on 'Departed' on the DHL Air Freight Tracker. Apparently it left yesterday but thats as far as it's got. Was really hoping for DPD delivery over here and not DHL.
 
And it's finally despatched - my 4th - 10th delivery is on route - maybe?! Sadly it's showing an expected arrival date of 7th October!

It's also on my sport profile, which is fun! My serial number reveals the following -

  • Model: A1784

  • Factory: F2M - China, Zhengzhou - Foxconn

  • Year: 2016

  • Week: 39 (26.09 - 02.10)

Have looked this morning and no update on dhl tracking. Think it's quite unlikely we will be getting our phones this week. Would think it's more likely to be Monday to Tuesday next week

I have a 6 character tracking number with DHL... I don't think this is right; anyone know how I can track?

EDIT: it's a house bill: air and ocean.

I'm in Amsterdam.
 
Just got this update from UPS:
Sender tendered the shipment to UPS after the latest pickup time for the requested service. A day delay is likely.
