iPhone 7/7+ - UK Orders & Dispatches Thread

nope.. usually delivers by end of day..
was agony during my 6+ wait.. turned up after 6pm
DHL now suggesting delivery on Tuesday.
This is for the mystery flight that DHL said was departing Sunday 2nd Oct but actually landed yesterday afternoon.
I had hoped for Monday delivery!

The UPS guy in my area usually delivers around 10am. Never seen him come any later. Fingers crossed.
It's Monday for me! Maybe yours will update! (I've been a bit absent lately but I have an order coming via DHL on said mystery flight.

So decided yesterday I would contact CPW via their Twitter support, regarding my iPhone 7 Plus Matte Black that I pre ordered on the 10th of September with a delivery date before the 7th of October.
Got the generic response of a world wide shortage (after giving them by details) So asked if that was the case for all there current outstanding deliveries and then got asked for more details so they could confirm and then a 6 hours later get back to me and tell me they won't be getting any stock of the phone I ordered until the 21st of October.
Soooo, I decided to phone there support and actually speak to someone who told me my phone has shipped and is now with DPD and that I would get a confirmation text on the day it will be delivered, but when I ordered the phone I was told I would get a dispatch email and a text the day BEFORE my delivery and considering they deliver 7 days a week, that would be tomorrow, but he couldn't confirm that. So now I'm totally confused haha.
Could anyone who has ordered and received there phones from CPW confirm that you get both a text and email the day before your delivery?

Use your order reference in your dispatched email as the shipment reference in DHL (not AWB)
Mine is currently in Incheon like many others and is showing delivery by end of play on the 4th. I'm looking forward to receiving it as I can get rid of this damn galaxy s2. But I'm also disappointed at the wait, especially given the fact I'm reading about others being able to get hold of JB pluses before me through John Lewis or authorised reseller's (some have even been able to buy 3!!!!). My interpretation of the pre-order, especially those who ordered within the first 15 minutes was that we would be the ones that would receive these handsets quicker than the general populous! I was clearly wrong!
I love Apple and will continue to buy their products, but this launch, this pre-order system, just sucked the joy out of it for me, to the point I nearly went back to an older device.
Don't get me wrong, the device will be delivered within the time frame Apple agreed when I pre- ordered BUT they still managed to supply authorised resellers before they fulfilled the main pre-orders AND for me that sucks a little! NO....A LOT!

Delivers Monday! Finally! DHL have really outdone themselves this year. UPS on the other hand, I feel sorry for those who are still stuck in China...

I'm hoping they can chop a day off and deliver Monday as my wife will be home then to sign.

is it your UPS status which states by the 4th?
mine is in Incheon but shows Friday, 30/09/2016, By End of Day! clearly I never spotted the new time travel feature in iOS 10!.
my apple order status does say 3rd though.

They may be able to chop off, but I don't know if mine's headed on a specific flight to Southampton.. which is nearly where I work.
Mine says 4th on UPS and Apple site now. And the original SMS said 4th.
Its a bloody joke that thy are still saying 30th! Problem is Apple said 4th-10th so if it arrives between those dates or even before, they have fulfilled their promise.
Next year I'll be on IUP and won't have the hassel of selling my phone before the launch, which should ease the blow of having to wait a month for my new phone!
just ordered 256GB matte black 7 plus from CPW tonight for pickup tomorrow...alot of money but hell i've done it now.

well i ordered my 256GB model today and got a text that it has dispatched and also an e-mail saying the same for pickup tomorrow.
They really are starting to take the piss now.
Just contacted there tracking department who are now telling me my phone HASN'T been dispatched and has been pushed back to the 21st of October!
So I ask if I can upgrade my order to the 256GB version which is currently showing as "in stock" on the CPW website, so I get transferred to sales who tell me ALL iPhone 7 Pluses are out of stock (did mention the point that I have seen people order today and get delivery dates for tomorrow) and that there website shows that they are in stock and with next day delivery if I order before 8pm.
After he tells me this, he then contradicts the person I spoke to 5mins before him and tells me, my phone will be with me on or before the 7th of October.
So to recap. Today Carphone Warehouse has told me.
1. There is a worldwide shortage on iPhone 7 Pluses and they have no confirmed delivery date from supplier.
2. My Phone has been dispatched
3. My Phone has been delayed until up to the 21st of October.
4. And finally, my Phone will be with me on or before next Friday.
Starting to wish I went SIM free now. If its not here next Friday I'm done lol.
