I hope mine comes on Friday but can't see how very can get them straight from manufacturer (Apple) when Apple are saying they can't delivery for weeks

I had a 4-6 week Apple Watch that went to PFD on Thursday evening and arrived on the launch day, Friday. :p

You never know!

My order delivery has moved forward from 27-29 sep to 20-22 sep. There is still some hope

What I really like is the case and the way they charge makes them very easy to use and store.

I have some wireless Bluetooth headphones specifically for the gym and it's a pain trying to stick the usb cable in to charge and that's just once a week. Plus the EarPods wouldn't be used for the gym or running as I would carry on with my other ones for that.

Off to New York in in Dec so may treat myself to get them a bit cheaper. Just worried they're a get the piss taken out of you kind of thing lol.

I'm with you here, I am so glad Apple hasn't designed EarPods (or AirPods) to be the 'in-ear' style. I can never get the in-ear ones to fit and stay in! EarPods on the other hand, fit just fine.

I'm not sure the early comments are a good gauge... people were only able to listen to them in a crowded room full of reporters.
 
I must be the only bloke with an 8:04 confirmation email whose 128GB 7 Plus hasn't moved up from 27-29 :(

I didn't combine my order either. Annoyingly the Watch isn't available for in store pick up but delivery only. I was hoping to pick up both from the Apple Store at the same time.

I really wanted the ceramic Watch as it looks really cool and is supposedly stronger then the steel one plus comes with its own dock. However I can't justify the extra cost especially when I've just preordered an iPhone 7 Plus 256GB.

I'm after the ceramic watch too. As soon as the store opened the earliest delivery was September 30. Not putting that kind of money down for something not to arrive on or very near the launch day.

Interestingly it says "available in selected stores 16/09". No idea which stores they are but I will be hunting one down like a madman!
