You talked about A10 only. Please don't introduce new arguments. You stated if it has A10 you will buy it. I simply asked what does A9 can't do that A10 will do? ie. why A10 will make you purchase new iPhone?Because it isn't worth it for you doesn't mean it isn't worth it for others. I want to always have the fastest phone and best camera available because I like to complete my tasks faster or take more beautiful pictures. I want a phone that has more hardware features, I use 3D Touch all the time, I use my camera all the time, I surf the web and message all the time. I FaceTime my girlfriend all the time. As someone who fully utilizes the use of the cellphone I wouldn't call it a waste of money to upgrade every year.
Not to nitpick, but if something isn't designed for its intended users then you can't really say the design was all that great.
Did Apple do anything all that special for the 10th anniversary of the iPod, or any other product? I don't remember anything out of the ordinary. Why would they suddenly make a big deal out of the 10th anniversary of the iPhone?
Same boat. I need a new phone so I'm either going to hold my nose over the headphone thing and buy a 7 or will take advantage of the expected price drop to buy a 6s. Leaning at the moment toward the 6s.

I'm not trying to be difficult, however, I'm curious about what use case you experience where the already powerful A9 leaves you wanting for an A10?The A-10 processor will be enough reason for me to upgrade from a 6s.
Come September everyone will be omg, omg, omg new iPhone.

If it's about always having the latest and greatest then I can understand the want. I just can't think of a task that the A9 has trouble with.
You do have a solid point but the iPhone is their number one selling product, so I guess we'll have to wait and see. I won't be waiting till next year to upgrade though. I upgrade every year.
Look at the shapes of both the phones in the picture I posted. The curved design he always likes because of the way it fit your hand. The mute switch and rocker volume are similar. The only other design sort of similar was the 3g/3gs but those where plastic. It's all aluminum(first model had plastic piece though). The glass is flush unless previous models(except 3G/3GS). The apple logo is similar too. Just compare the two if you can't see they are very similar I don't know what to tell ya.You mean curved edges.what more do you think is similar??
That doesn't contradict my statement that most people don't even know or care how much RAM is in their iPhone. The very fact that you post here means that you probably know and care more about the specs and capabilities of your phone than the vast majority of consumers.
Nothing like the usual haters to brighten the mood :/
I'm personally excited for the next iPhone, regardless of whether I buy it or not.
4gb of ram and 128gb of storage for $300! If only I could install iOS on it.I would almost rather buy the Redmi Pro posted yesterday. Apple needs to start copying other companies designs if they can no longer come up with one on their own
people don't care the exact value of RAM, sure. but people care about the frustrations of constantly reloading safari tabs, their pokemon go sessions, and etc...
I've actually never heard anyone outside of tech forums complain about tabs and apps refreshing. I don't people generally notice it. I never did. Still can't say it even bothers me. I'm not denying that it's an issue for some people, but maybe not as many as you think.
I have seen those pictures and nothing i see similar other than curved edges and if he liked curved edges than why they made iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 with flat edgesLook at the shapes of both the phones in the picture I posted. Just because it's a forum of public opinion where some are expressing their views and experiences, doesn’t mean they're haters.Interesting to watch Macrumors become the go-to place for Apple haters and doomsayers.
Well which year does it resemble most to you then? The mute switch and volume are similar too.I have seen those pictures and nothing i see similar other than curved edges and if he liked curved edges than why they made iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 with flat edges
OK thanksWell which year does it resemble most to you then? The mute switch and volume are similar too.
For change. To try different designs but his first vision of the phone had a curved design with aluminum just like the current model.
If you had the chance to make a million dollars or 100 million dollars what would you do? Give people what they wanted and have a huge jump in sales or not adapt to the market based on being stubborn? I think if jobs was still here he would realize this. He did have a say in the iPhone 5 with the .5" increase already realizing the benefit.I really believe that Steve wanted only one iPhone size. With more and more different models you never can have a perfect product.
mate. the things i would do for a beast macbook pro 17". give it 4k res. omgggggg <3Well if you read it in an irrational rant, it must be true.

You're more likely to get a 4" iPhone 8, than I am to get a new 17" MacBook Pro.
Sigh.
I'm not entirely sure I know what you are asking, but I think the answer is going to be an emphatic no. This is the second time MR has described Blass as a "leaker" when it seems clear from the story that he is supposed to be reporting privileged information from someone who passed it to him (making them the actual leaker). Then they confuse matters even further, by calling his "leak" a "prediction," which makes no sense at all if he was actually reporting credible information that was given to him. Applying this odd rule to journalism, all reporters are now actually leakers who predict instead of report.
