I got an iPhone 7 replacement I Got Zagg glass installed The Best Buy store agent tried twice then told me to contact zagg for a replacement here the final result.

When we was cleaning the phone there was a scratch on the display Will Apple do anything for me ?

Will zagg be able to replace the screen protector ?

If you allow Best Buy to install you are accepting the responsibility for the install.

Sounds like your Mom’s screen was scratched, why would Aplle do something for you?
