iPhone iPhone 8 Plus won't stop asking for password!

I upgraded to iOS 13 on my iPhone 8 plus about a week ago. It kept asking for a password over and over again. I updated to 13.1... same thing! I tried changing my iClous password and going through Settings, but no solution.

Go and completely sign out of Icloud, allow it to remove your stuff and then sign back in. It fixed it for me, on 3 different devices.

Thank you Imac Sam! After logging out of my iCloud profile, logging back in, and a few phone resets the bug seems fixed.
