Gutted, I brought my case after i got the 
iPhone 4 and got a griffin one but they wont refund me cos its classed as 3rd party

So i finally decided on the incase snap in smoke (i don't like clear cases at all). I already have a Colors and a Belkin Grip Vue. I've always wanted to try something like the snap but thought they were way overpriced. So this is the best way to try out such a thin minimal case. I ordered it today, the 26th, and the delivery date is august 30th.
I too don't understand the attraction to the HD case...but whatever.
I'm going with one of the Griffin options...Reveal or Motif. I have a White Reveal (with clear back) right now. I like the case but the clear back shows scratches too much. Also the White has discolored to an off white even after cleaning. I don't recommend a White rubber bumper/case.
Oh, and Apple is ridiculous for offering only black cases. What a sham.

Griffin Motif iPhone 4 Diamond
I purchased the "Griffin Motif iPhone Diamond" at Best Buy a few weeks ago when I received my iPhone 4. This is a great case and I have been very pleased with the grip, protection, look and feel.
The only downside is that I couldn't use a ZAGG Invisible Shield with this case because the edges of the shield peeled up after putting the phone in the case. I went through two shields and even had Best Buy install it and still encountered the issue.

Fits over almost all protector skins
No flash wash issue
Easy to get in and out for docking, etc.
"rubbery" material will have better shock absorption for impacts
I think that's why it's so popular
I plan to get one down the road. For now I'm using a cheap Rocketfish.

Just watched several videos online that it fit over the SP's just fine. My friends works over BSE's as well.
sorry the video was not the HD(that's a bit confusing)
However, my friend is using the HD with the BSE's. Texted him and he said he has to sometimes lightly pull the front up to make it overlap the screen protector after he initially puts the case on. Don't know about other brands.
Anyone know if the Griffin Reveal Etch will also pull up screen protectors? And how easy would it be for dust to get inside the case?

originally ordered the Speck Pixel Skin HD but the more I look about it, the more "cheapness" it looks

Which case would you say has the most resale value? I am going with a white bumper I purchased off eBay plus Gelaskin and PS Crystal so I don't plan on using the case/bumper. I could keep it as a backup but I'd rather just sell it and put the $ toward an Otterbox Defender for travel/gym purposes.
