If you look at the Nano Touch, I'd say the removal of the iPhone's round home button on the bottom of the screen is likely going to happen. It may be replaced by another analog button somewhere on the device side.
I think Apple has always been in love with the "smooth pebble in the stream" look to their devices. Sharp angles are overlooked for smooth, rounded corners. I was somewhat surprised to see the sharp, graduated edges between the iP4's top/bottom and the bezel this time around. That's really not in keeping with the rest of their product line.
