Let's face it. Front side is as ugly as it can get. I think these supper wide chins and thick bezels are unacceptable on 2016! The rest of it? Not sure why they have to stick with a 3 year old design and not go for a new one.... but whatever, not getting one so am not bothered.
I think that's more personal opinion (meaning there's no right or wrong answer), I love the 5s deign, and that includes the front.
One of these days, Apple is going to learn the hard way. Not today, apparently, but one of these days.
It might not be this year, or even this decade. Heck, none of us may live to see it. But one of these days it will happen. And then they'll be sorry.
Just ordered through Apple's education store about an hour ago and saved $20. Was going to order through Target and get the 5% RedCard discount but the website only mention that it ships by 3/31 and not "delivers by" as Apple's site states. $15 for express shipping(still wasn't sure that it would be delivered on the 31st) wiped out half of the Target discount and put the price $2 ahead of Apple. So for the piece of mind knowing that I will have mine on launch day I ordered via Apple.com

Nothing really "sells out", the delivery dates just get pushed back.
Of course there will be some demand. It remains to be seen just how much. You'd think that since they're marketing this as a "current" phone at a cheaper price point (as opposed to last year's model at a cheaper price point) that they'll sell more than the 30 million they sold last year of 4" phones.
Not nonsense. the majority of iPad uses, BY FAR, are not artists. They are average consumers, consuming media and doing lite work, email, etc.
Pretty sure Apple isn't targeting the artist community solely for the new iPad Pro.

Why shouldn't they get away with what are in my opinion some of the most sensible product choices I have seen in a while?
I was just about ready to pull the trigger on a 9.7" iPP (have my daughter mine for school) until I saw the confirmation that it only has 2GB RAM. The iPad Air 2 runs fine with it now but my concern is also future use. Unlike the iPhone, I'm not upgrading my iPads every year or even every two. Considering the price bump, only including 2GB is a bit ridiculous IMO. Looks like I'll be getting another iPad Air 2 at a nice discount.
Neither of these items are going to be in short supply. I don't see why you would wake up early to order them. Now they are nice and they will sell. But there will be plenty of stock. Really the iPhone SE should be easy for Apple to make in high volume.
That's because it's a 4 year old design. It looked dated a week ago too when they were still selling the 5s. The difference today is that it is functionally equivalent to the flagship 6s, and costs $250 less than that phone, as well as $50 less than the 5s was selling for with 3 year old technology.

You mean like the new form factor of the iPhone 6, which Apple already did. Jobs wasn't all that quick to embrace new enclosures in Apple's products.
Also you can buy a bluetooth keyboard case for about $20. It will be more bulky but if you buy a nice one the keyboard itself might be better.
Easy Answer: Premium product differentiationOnly 2 GB of RAM for the new iPad.... why?
Apple's Answer: Unecessary overkill and keeps costs down.
I ordered a SE 64gb for my wife on a 2 year plan. I'm very anxious to see the beast.
