I took mine off at the beginning then found that emails sent from my phone tended to be a bit shorter so I added 'Sent from my mobile.'

Sent from my iPhone just seemed pretentious.

Mine says

Maximus 3G

I got my new car (09, Maxima) and iPhone the same month and one day my girlfriend called me Maximus 3G and it stuck.

as i'm known as ingster mine is:

sent from my iNGPhone 3G, same as my laser engraves iNGPod :D

OK i'm sad i know it!

:apple: rules

I changed mine to match my corporate outlook sig, that way no one knows if i am replying from my desk or not.

I do not like the fact that it then defaults into my personal account also, i have to remember to delete it when sending personal emails.

Mine says

(name)
No trees were harmed in the sending of this email.
However, many electrons were severely inconvienienced!

Why is "sent from my iPhone" considered arrogant

What am I missing? People really perceive this? arrogant means..

Just a hyphen and my name. The sent from my iPhone thing sounded like you were rubbing it in that you had an iPhone and the receiver didn't. :p

How about use nothing? I've always thought it was pretentious to read "sent from my iPhone." Or I think they're not smart enough to know how to change it.

I think even more pretentious are the email signatures with the paragraph of legalese threatening people who might accidentally receive some confidential email. And besides, if it's so secret, how about you not CC your entire address book next time?

I'd like the option for different signatures for different accounts (job, business, personal, etc)

I keep mine "Sent from my iPhone" because honestly.. I am not witty enough to come up with anything interesting:D, and too lazy to change it.. lol
