I got mine, finally

I had a sim card envelope, with documentation, but no sim card in there - so I presume I just need to shove in my current one. I'm an upgrade customer, too.

been on phone with CPW for the best part of an hour regarding them sending me the 8GB instead of 16GB, trying to sort out what happens from here...
I'll be ****ed if I'm sending the 8GB back and being without a mobile for however many weeks it takes them to get more stock in

If you have upgraded from an old Iphone, this is what 02 say about the new SIM card,
Put the new SIM card in your new phone, when it has been activated then the new phone will revert back to the old number.
He says he has had loads of phone calls about why was an extra SIM card sent out with upgrades
Hope this makes sense??
ps the computer to activate the phones has crashed at the moment as well

I (well my mum as i am at work) is patiently waiting at home for mine to arrive. Was out for Delivery at 9.02 and changed to HSD Out for Delivery awaiting IOD at about 12.30. Fingers crossed it will arrive soon!!!!

Snap I'm in exactly the same possition and also live in Battersea.
NOTE: just managed to get my old phone useless by trying to go to an office release of 2.0 it's not working so don't try.

If your status shows "Out for delivery", it will be with you today. The fact they've got an absolute shedload of stuff to deliver will be why it's not reached you yet. Just because it takes 10 minutes to get to the depot when you drive doesn't mean it will take them 10 minutes to get to you with your parcel...
I've gotta pick mine up from the depot at 5:30... Tried to deliver it to my house but nobody was in, so I'm hoping it'll get sent back to DHL's depot before it closes!!
