Had a 0900-0915 appointment at Covent Garden and just before 1000 they announced that the upgrade systems were down. I couldn't be bothered waiting and just converted the reservation to cash and was out of the store by 1010. Got a banana as well as a bottle of water in the queue. Strange choice of fruit for them to be giving out I thought... They should be able to do the upgrade plan without needing a store visit - plenty of other retailers manage online credit checks etc.You did well, I too queued for 4 hours from 0800hrs for a 0900-0915hrs appointment. I eventually got my phone at 1157hrs and all i got was a free bottle of water.
