I no longer use this phone as I use now the iPhone Pro and the phone is no longer with me :). No matter how you take it - this is a proof that there are some Android phones that have better battery life than iPhones.
There’s no proof, just your grossly exaggerated claims :) I know that there are android phones with great battery life. But there is no phone with a 2600mah battery that lasts 5 days on a single charge :)

It is your right to believe in what you want :). I am telling you that with my usage (which is rather specific and not typical) this phone can last 5 days.

And in terms of exaggerated claims well people get what they deserve. When iOS users that have never used Android talk to me how iOS is awesome, no bug and offers the best battery life out there I can only laugh. Tunnel vision at its finest.

That is quite impressive from the 12 Max. Im surprised it beat the Asus ROG 5 with its monstrous 6000 mAh battery, but there you go, Apples software and hardware optimisation just cant be beaten.
Correct, makes me laugh when these android fan boys get a hard on over big specs which make no difference in the end, comes down to bad software and hardware on these android phones. 🤷‍♂️

Funny, the 12 Pro Max comes last in this test by some margin, the winner is the Note 20 ultra which came last in the video you posted.

Just goes to show battery tests mean nothing.
They don’t, when it comes to real world use nothing comes close to the iPhone 11/12 pro max.

Plenty of people I know who have had enough of their android phones because of terrible battery life, switched to iPhone, a week later they tell me they’re never going back to android. 😁
So in other words, vague anecdotal based evidence.

I thought you said real world?
When people put up videos or reviews saying otherwise, not got good enough for you but you expect people to swallow your spurious anecdotal claims?

C'mon, I mean what do I expect from you really?
But most people really aren't that simple.

I get over 7 hours of SOT on my S21U, and get 8 hours SOT on my 12PM the last time I tested it out. Honestly, I’m pretty happy with the battery life on my S21U with all the things that it can do. I’m a power user and use max settings except for 5G. That for me takes up so much battery on both devices, I can easily lose 1-2 hours of SOT if I’m at work the whole day using it. I just stick to LTE which is very fast on my S21U.

Nothing can beat my 11 Pro Max battery life though. I used to get 10+ hours of SOT when I first got it and it was a beast.

Considering a few of them use to be die hard Samsung users that says a lot, guess there is your evidence, if Samsung users are saying they’ll never touch a android phone again, that shows you how much better iOS is at efficiently and battery usage.

2 more mates can’t wait till their contracts are up and leave their Sambloat behind and get a iPhone.

Yup, he seems to know everything and completely ignores reviews saying otherwise. Many people I know either purchased the S21U and Note 20 Ultra and love it. Haven’t heard them complain about battery life so far but I live in the US so I’m not sure how completely different the Exynos variant is.

But I’m glad I made my own decision and purchased the S21U. Never been this happy with a phone and probably will keep it for the next few years.

The exynos variant has been a dumpster fire here in Australia, shows you how low Samsung will go to make sales, holding a event for a trash exynos 2100 processor. 🤦‍♂️

Should be ashamed of themselves.

World class, leading the industry. 😁
I'd tend to agree to a point but it has been shown in videos and graphs, not anecdotally, that this is not always the case.

Every phone user does things differently, the results may vary.

Sometimes the iPhone is better, sometimes the Android is better.

Taking the battery size into account, the iPhone does remarkably well.

Taking the higher pixel count and refresh rate into account, the androids do quite well too.

All of them supply sufficient if not excessive amount of battery life for the average user.

Care to show proof of this or are we expected to eat your spurious anecdotes again?

Something meaningful perhaps?

Reviews hey 🤔 like these 🤔

Same old same old Samsung 🤷‍♂️

My S21 ultra was hot for a week, now it's not.

That's four reviews out of how many sales?

Something meaningful please, and something current, those reviews are from 2 months ago, hardly the dumpsterfire you were making it out to be.
One was 24 days ago 😁 pretty sure you’ll find plenty more by doing one quick google search.

When it comes to making a proper efficient 5nm processor, no one else can match apple, Samsung false marketing makes you believe their phones are efficient and heat free, when in reality that couldn’t be further than the truth.

No, you made the claim, you back it up, none of Samsungs marketing for the S21 range has made claims about running heat free, stop making things up.
As for the efficiency of Apple vs Samsungs chips, that irrelevant to this current discussion.

So, where's the proof that the exynos has been a dumpster fire in Australia, I'm guessing there is none and that you're just making things up again.
Prove me wrong.

I guess I better stop holding my breath...
