Scaramanga anyone?

Whoa dude that zippel is gross!

Hopefully, they improve the auto white balancing. It's currently too warm. Custom white balance would be nice too but I doubt we'll ever get it.

It's more and more more is more better. Now to find a catchy courageous marketing name like " iTrifocal".

No comment about battery life yet?

(Asks person who only comments about battery life.)

I wonder if this rumor will actually be the addition of a rear-facing Face ID sensor suite?

1 Lens is optimized for macro daylight. 1 Lens is optimized for panoramic. The third lens is optimized for low light. And then you got a fourth on the front for selfies.

Just like with second lens, it feels like marketing excecutives decide features and then some engineers have to find a way to make them (marginally) useful.

Instead of a third camera I’d like Apple to focus on adding features like the ability to adjust white balance etc in the Camera app itself without having to use a third party download from the App Store as well as improving low light capture and enhancing general quality; some shots look great until you zoom in and then you notice that the software has removed some of the detail...

3X or more optical zoom would be outstanding, that gets you into true portrait range (~85mm+ equivalent on full frame sensor). The current 2X zoom is a very welcome addition but I'd definitely like a longer zoom available.

That being said, I really doubt Apple would make such a change in only the 2nd generation of a new phone, they tend to milk new design for at least several generations.

Good suggestions ... fixing the bugs in IOS might also be good suggestion

You'd think they'd put the lenses on the top edge rather than the back. At least that way the light path could be longer, but the Apple fetish with thinness would have to go....

I would personally like a "low light" mode that does image stacking to reduce noise in the photos and improve dynamic range.

Much like what that cortex camera app does. Or the multi frame noise reduction on the Samsung S9(8?) or how the Google Pixel does it.
