U should have checked to see what the “upgrade payoff” is. Since my iPhone 7 was a few weeks late last year, I wasn’t exactly at the 12 month period where I was eligible for a upgrade so I had to pay $36 to cover that last bit to be eligible. I did that this evening...no issue with upgrade besides the Apple store app crashing as I’m selecting in store pickup and I had to start over on the webpage. Oh well. 1 more week to wait unless I get bumped up...
Something is not right...
I can go to ATT’s website, select any configuration, it has a ship date of November 02 - 10. How is that possible ? Something does not add up. If I would have to guess I would trust ATT here.

I got in through the app. At around 3:04 AM, got all the way to end (silver, 256, att, iPhone program) and citizens crapped out and I got one of those “your phone is reserved” notices
Tried again, but shipping slipped 2-3 weeks, but I still went through it and just bought it out right...
Lol now I’m wondering if I should call ATT’s bluff and do another order with them... and cancel the order with the longest ship date...
Also curious to see, what kind of ship dates this reservation will get me ? I did get the email acknowledging I have a reserved phone. Any ideas if we can get more info on these reservations ?

Ditto. Before I got to that page the phone said 11/3 delivery, so let's hope that sticks.Well, I got in at 3 minutes after, ordered, but then Apple was "unable to reach the carrier systems" so they've 'reserved' an iPhone X for me. What the hell!?
Received a reservation number through the Apple Store App around 3:02AM since it needed to verify with AT&T and thought great so was able to order the second phone later and received a delivery date 11/17-11/24.
I also got a reservation from Apple but they sent the email to finish the order to an old email that they refuse to change. I’ve changed that email with customer service and online but they still use it.
Anyone have a link to the ‘reservation’ page? I have the number. Been on the phone since 8am... 50min on the phone while someone helps me.![]()
