64 Space Gray.
I don't need 256 storage, i use apple music steaming, cloud library, and 200 GB cloud storage.
On my current 8+ 64 i have 50 GB free space.
The iOS11 Photo library is amazing, i have over 18000 files, but the entire thing is 4 GB on the device, 78GB in the cloud.

But on the other hand - use 100 dollars, and get 4 times as much memory - and if you decide to keep it for some time, you'll have enough memory for the years to come..

Do you mean the contrast of the white back and the virtually all black front (edge-to-edge screen)? From looking at various YouTube vids, the contrast looks great!
Don't see how that changes with my use of Spotify and Google Photos for the years to come.
I mean the contrast from the silver stainless steel frame, and the black front - but you're probably right.. now that an iPhone suddenly has become a bigger investment, things like that matter

For all you debating on the 64GB or 256GB. I usually always go for the one with the most storage anyways, but for all those thinking about the 64GB it’ll fill up fast especially with the new camera and 4K recording. I have the 256GB iPhone 8 Plus and I’m glad because it’s filling up quicker than I’d like with all he high quality video I’m recording. Hate to say it but with the new video and picture quality on these cameras the 64GB is the new 16GB. Now if picture and video recording isn’t your thing 64GB should be plenty.
Gad to see it is quite balanced on the colour for each storage capacity. So higher spec slightly more popular but not much difference between silver and space grey in each storage size. Much as I love my Black 7 Plus I am edging towards a silver X so I have something that looks different even though I can't help feel that unless I put in a transparent case it doesnt really matter much. I have however just got a silver stainless steel AW3 LTE with milanese and white sport bands so it feels like the silver X will be a nice match for it.
I'm guessing everyone that complained after buying a 16 GB storage option model will get the 64 GB storage version.

I agree, 4k recording will eat 64gb storage like it was a few kernels of popcorn. I'm still debating between the two. I mostly just take photos on my iphone 6 but maybe I'd want to take videos due to the high quality camera system on the X. This would likely be the only way I'd use up the storage.
$150 seems like a decent price for the storage upgrade.
Silver iPhone X is more of a throwback of the white iPhone 3Gs.

No longer care if it is one-tone and I'm probably more OCD than anyone here. Even my app arrangement and font size has to be perfected.
Yeah, that white 3Gs looked weird as hell being a two-tone. But the 2G, 5, and 6 series were all two-tone when you wanted a black front.
Seven years ago, I would pick black iPhone 4 every time. Since I never use cases, I need the back rear to be of a lighter color. Silver or light gray is best at hiding dirt similar to cars.
I can understand people prefering ONE-TONE color options only. But our opinions change with enough experiences using many colors. Very, very happy the space gray is winning this poll or close to 50/50. Gives hope for us silver fans.
Quick question, I know its best to order from the Apple store on your phone which I will, but can you also order from your macbook computer from the apple store App as I cannot find a way to do it from looking at it on the laptop?

Absolutely going for the silver. I just need to contemplate whether or not I will get a transparent case or not...
Even though I would prefer having a 128Gb option, since that's what I have now, I barely filled 30Gb; so for me, 64Gb is a no-brainer this time. I just can't justify the extra money for extra storage I don't need.
As for the color, still undecided. I like the Silver-white one, but I also love the seamless effect of the Space Grey.

Remember how the read/write speeds were different depending on the storage size (That was on the 7/7 plus right)? Do you think this will be a repeat on the X?
