My first line on Xfinity, made the snap decision to switch from AT&T after a "we can't contact your carrier" email shortly after 2:00 am last Friday. Preorder went through at 3:49 am CDT, got a date of 11/03. No "preparing order" confirmation email (got the original preorder email), no charge to my card. Trying not to worry.

I think Xfinity most likely had the least amount of pre orders due to being a new carrier and only being available to current Xfinity customers, so their delivery estimates didn’t slip for a while. I think/hope if they said 11/3 then we’ll get them 11/3. They’re smart enough not to promise something like that they can’t deliver on...I hope. Otherwise they would’ve just overshot delivery estimates like most companies do.

Well, just got the email, along with a text saying “Welcome to Xfinity Mobile”. I guess it’s all good.

Who would have thunk it? I have never had a worse experience with Apple and with ATT than in trying to get this latest iPhone. Both sites, both apps, completely failed on me. The ATT experience was especially horrendous with multiple "your place will be saved" countdowns only to have the countdowns fail spontaneously. So knowing I had a third option, I decided to give it a try and....I have had a great experience, from ordering to communications. And the exemplary customer experience is...COMCAST? My we live in interesting times. Good luck everyone!

Finally have access to the Xfinity mobile app, under billing it says past due balance for my first payment. The card I have on file has much more than enough to cover it. Anyone else getting this? Don’t want a credit card payment fraud flag to keep my phone from coming!

Mine says the same thing.

Mine says the same thing.
Hopefully it’s just an error. Chatting with an xfinity mobile rep now.

The rep didn’t really have much to say, just that they’re waiting for fulfillment so it shouldn’t have been charged yet. Thought about changing it to another cc but if yours shows the same thing I’m thinking it’s just a random error.

I had the same thing and thought my bank did a fraud alert, so I reached out to Xfinity Mobile. The agent was able to explain why.
[doublepost=1509514911][/doublepost]She also stated they will not ship any iPhone X before tomorrow. Comcast focus is all on the customer experience, knowing the agents need to have the most up to date information to provide the customers I believe they have been told 11/03 shipments will be ship out on 11/01.

[doublepost=1509538738][/doublepost]So my order said DELIVERY 11/17.
How are we going to be billed? Through Comcast bill or separate one? I never asked that question to the sales person that took my order last Friday.

Xfinity mobile is a separate bill that is auto pay.

I’m a customer already with one line and I got the same message. Updated card and called in. Rep said she didn’t see any problems
