if you going to re-sell your iphone after 1 or 2 years then get a case.
you can re-sell your iphone for more if it looks like new.

I don't sell my phones, but if I were I could get a good price for my 6s+. No scratches, dings, dents or cracks. Looks the same as the day I got it.

And it's never been in a case.

I use the decoded leather pouch now, however as mentioned, the naked iPhone is just TOO SLIPPERY! Those of you with sweaty palms have no problem, but for me....yeah, to slick. I'm nervous about dropping it when shooting photos or texting. If I drop it, the resale value goes south! If the damage is bad enough, I'll be going to the Apple Store to get a new one. I can't use a phone with dings and scratches. Looks tacky and it is an eyesore. So I mostly have my iPhone caseless at home only when I'm on carpet

Yet another naked iPhone thread. So here goes…

Every phone I have ever owned. No cases. I hate cases. Don't use them, don't like them, don't care about them.

The only screen I have ever cracked was on my 6+ and I've owned phones since 1999.

My 6s+ looks the same as the day I got it in September.

This makes me want to go naked. I'm always worried about scratches. I never drop my phones, but I'm worried about setting my phone down on surfaces and it getting scratched.

What my phone sits on on my desk at work.

Same business card holder at home on my nightstand and one more holder that sits on my computer desk at home.

When not in use these three places are where my phone is - unless I am on the couch and then it's usually on the arm of the couch or the cushion next to me.

I try not to put it down on an actual surface, but if I do I usually try to stick something under it.

I do not lay my phone face down. Ever.

If I'm going to scratch something it's going to be the back of the phone and not the screen.

Oh! Same thing with my iPad, only this is a plate stand. I have another one at home on my computer desk and that's where my iPad is plugged in and left when at home and at bedtime.

I don't sit at a desk. My job is a little more active.

Maybe I will give it a try and just get over it.

Yeah, I totally get that. If I had the job I had when I was say, 25, my phone would be in a pocket of my backpack and left at the time clock. No way, doing what I was doing then I'd carry it along with me in that job.

Launch day 6s Plus that has mainly been naked since day 1...

If I do end up using a case then it's the Caudabe veil xt...
