Is iPadOS 15 slow on iPad Pro 10.5 with A10X?

I have iPadOS 15.0.1 on my iPad Pro (10.5"). It seems to work fine, but the way it arranges icons is a bit strange.

Is this because you are noticing that the arrangement of icons in landscape mode now works independently from the arrangement in portrait mode?
