Don't give up. I tried sooo many times, was so frustrated, and angry, and I finallly just now got through. So keep doing it.

when I try to do a the credit check it keeps saying that it can't be processed at this time. For the fourth time!!!

Four times would be a gift. I probably tried over a hundred times today before i snagged one at about 2:30pm. I finally started using opera and it seemed to work much better.

but if you want to have it after that, Apple.com is a better try than AT&T's site.

At this point, I would think you are better off showing up REALLY early at an AT&T or Apple store and try your luck.

It seems like the sales tax is way over the 6.25% that MA charges. Is there something hidden that I don't know about. Even the $18 upgrade fee shouldn't add to that.

Am I forgetting something?

Tax is based on the unsubsidized price. Yes, it sucks majorly.

Wow, I lucked out by minutes. Mine is coming launch, the bumper first week in July.

ha! It added an iPad & iPad cover in my cart. I was like...yes i want it but not right now. lol!

Whoa!!! They ran out of pre-orders for online sales already? It was only the first half day. I been trying and trying since 7 am this morning and finally got my ordered at 4 pm. Mine says it will deliver on the 24th. I hope that is still true. Maybe I got lucky. But it was a lot of trying over and over on my imac. To make matters worse, my internet was down from 8 am til 11:30 am so I felt helpless. I guess I should consider myself very lucky to have a order number from Apple.com and est delivery of June 24th.
