Buy at the time when you need to buy, has always been the case (at least for me), and when that time comes, look at your needs and buy what you need and can afford. Tariffs shouldn't impact that.
A 43% sales tax on US iPhones…brought to you by the dictator.
How are all those who were too apathetic to vote feeling now?
How are all those who voted for him feeling?
Funny how idealism takes a hit once the hip pocket gets hurt...
The world watches.
I see an option is Congress acts and removes Trump on mental health grounds.
Then Vance can take over and claim he was always there for that eventuality.
If Vance continues the same game, then Congress has proven already they can remove someone not acting in national interests...
They keep going down the succession list until someone reverses this madness.
The next issue is to rebuild trust with the world that this wont happen again.
That probably requires something strongly legislated that one person cannot at the stroke of a pen and whim make these decisions.
Decades of goodwill has been destroyed and people dont forget easily.
Congress abdicated the authority to levy tariffs to the executive branch, he is exercising authority vested to him by Congress.
Yes big man, you flex your financial firepower. How automotive. "Better buy now before prices go up!"

Well, if the rumors about the aesthetics of the upcoming iPhone are true, I was likely going to skip it anyway. If it also costs noticeably more, all the more reasons to wait for under display FaceID.
Aw, no bigger notch? Gosh darn it!Apple will have to actually innovate to justify higher prices going forward. Bigger camera tumors, bigger notches, and extra buttons that get in the way, aren't enough.

Naturally, but I'm a lot more inclined to pay a premium for something I actually wantOf course that assumes that waiting for that better phone will be back to a reasonable price. Not likely unless someone with influence finally starts talking some sense to those in power.
Time will tell but I strongly suspect not. Prices will relate to tariffs and such in each country. So man countries will see price increases, but not as part of trying to spread the costs evenly. Will Apple spread the pain globally and increase prices outside of the U.S?
Everywhere. This won't just be a US problem. Both consumers and producers in all countries will suffer. There will be no winners. All countries depend on each other (as it should be) and this will likely lead to a global recession if not fixed soon.sales will decline big in Europe
