Is the T-Mobile iPhone 6 unlocked for pre-order?

It's very easy to request an unlock code from Tmo since you already pay full price for it. I requested 3 codes for my old phones and tmo was gladly helped me.

Under "Capacity and Price", there are only two possibilities: "With Contract", and "Unlocked".

There is not "Locked, but without contract".

Yes, I have one At&T pre-paid, 1 prepaid Brazilian Carrier (TIM) and 1 postpaid Brazilian Carrier (Claro), this last one is that I use diary in Brazil.

Is there some good soul here that could help me case I need talk with T-mobile? Because my english isn't fluent to talk them with.
