Oh, I got an email for all of my reserved phones, all 6 of them... so I'd say give it until tomorrow to see if you get an email, if not, then prob. try a different option, which would be waiting in line on launch day since everybody is on backorder already.

You are right, but now the delivery option is working and fast. I spend 10 hours waiting for the delivery option. I have the reservation option all day today. For me, I rather ship to my house.

Probably because it is now shipping by 7/2 and most people are turning away from that!! :)

This is today:

I made a reservation and got an email. I also tried making another reservation just to see what would happen and it said that I couldn't make more than one.

According to the concierge service I don't have an appointment but its probably because the system hasn't updated because of today's madness.

That's what mine is saying. I got an email, & it's showing up on the Apple Store app, but when I check it on the website it isn't up.

I got the same email too. Without data/voice plan selected.

Used the Apple Store app and under "Stores" you can look under reservations and my reservation is shown there.

I am getting a little worried that, despite the fact that my reservation did go through yesterday morning at 4:45am PDT, it showed my plan correctly, and I did get the e-mail saying it went through and where and when to pick it up, that something might happen - or already has happened. I don't want be there at 6am, wait for a few hours, only to find I don't have a phone there. Of course, it won't be the end of the world, but I will probably overreact and get very mad. Now, I wish I HAD pre-ordered to have it shipped rather than just reserved. I never thought things would get as bad as they did.

Also, my reservation is not showing up on the Apple site. Should I be worried or am I overreacting? I will be calling Apple in a couple of hours.

Your overreacting a little...Even if the reservation is jacked up, you probably will be able to get one on launch day. Apple stores will have plenty to go around

Thanks. I'll be fine once I verify with them when their systems will be updated. Hopefully I won't have to wait in line for a few hours, and when they get to me say they can't find my reservation, but they should have enough extra in stock for me to get one, so I should stand in another line with those who didn't reserve or pre-order. I'd be

Apple Store's reservation system doesn't need all your plan info. It's just your name, email and model. As long as you have made a reservation, a specialist will work out all the details with you when you activate the phone.

You cannot do this since reservations are no longer available....

Try Zip Code 10036. Although all 3 stores in the city are not available anymore, for some reason 10036 (of all other Manhattan Zip Codes) still works, but only to verify your reservation. I got this message now - "Sorry, you have reached the reservation limit. You can only reserve 1 pre-order product per Apple ID."

I reserved mine on the iPhone App. I got the email within minutes. Yesterday afternoon i did this. Still not showing up if i log into that store on my computer and check reservations. I printed out my email though. I guess that's good enough to stand on the "reserve" line with???? I'm planning on getting to the store at like 4am. Now thinking 3am!!!!!
Anyone here who can actually see their reserve from the website online when they log in?

I think you'll be fine. As long as we have proof, we should be good to go.

Nah, I wouldn't say you're overreacting. We were all told to expect something on a certain date. We should have been able to count on that. Hopefully, even though things were jacked up, things will go well for everyone who reserved in store!

ohhhhhh...that makes sense. i actually though that when i tried to view it like this. it does seem like a Genius Bar thing.

EDIT: Has anyone on here verified their Reserve through the iPhone App?

Yes, if you go to the apple store that you reserved at within the phone app and click the reservations "tab" button thing up top, the iPhone you reserved should show up.

The only proof I have of a reservation at my Apple Store is a printout headed "Reserve iPhone" and saying "sorry you have reached the reservation limit. You can only reserve 1 pre-order product per Apple ID." That came up because I tried to reserve again, thinking the first hadn't taken.

I also ordered a black bumper last night and haven't received a confirmation e-mail about that either. I'm willing to stand in lines on June 24, but only if I know I've got a reserved iPhone at the other end.

But no e-mails from Apple yet. ???

I'm actually kinda excited to get up early on the 24th and get in line. I think i'll end up with one too. When i ordered the 3G through AT&T and had to wait endlessly for it then read on here how people were picking them up in stores, i was sooo regretting i had ordered it. So i'm happy with the reserve. I had a good experience with a reserve at this store for the iPad.:)

My wife is an employee at an apple store. Just check the concierge service. I reserved online at 5am and when she went in it was verified.

FYI, If you reserved one, you will have one. :D

I reserved two but only one shows up when I check my reservations in the app. I have a feeling I'll only be getting one :(
