I just called my store and they said as long as i got the confirmation email, which means they did too, that i should just bring that printout in on the 24th and i'm good to go. But seriously, don't wait til the last minute to pick them up. Go first thing in the morning if you really want it. It doesn't guarantee it.
 
If you download the Apple Store app on your existing phone you can navigate to the store that you reserved it at and then click on reservations. It will list your reservation there if you reserved it correctly.

This was incredibly helpful - thanks for that! I didn't realize this function was in there, but now I actually see my reservation despite no confirmation email!
 
That app really saved me yesterday. I was scrambling trying to get a phone and the apple store told me to use the app.

CAN'T GET YOUR IPHONE PRE-ORDERED OR RESERVED ON THE WEBSITE?

You need the last four digits of the account holders (your dad) SS #. You need to be an authorized user just to change anything on the account (including extending your contract).

jw nyc, u worked there, right? I obviously know my dad's last 4 digits of SSN, so you think I'm good to go? I did it two years ago with the 3G, no problem.

No never worked there but have been dealing with at&t's rules for the last 7 years. I'm 100% positive you will be fine as long as you're an authorized user on the account, have your ID and have the last 4 digits of the SS# for the account holder.

Well I finally heard back from my apple store manager (voicemail) and he said he wasn't sure what happened but he had my name on list they were going to try and pull a phone for but he wasn't sure how many they would be getting outside of the reserve quantity. But surely they'll have more than that for off the street customers you'd think.

I'm giving him a call back just to verify everything and to make sure he knew I had the confirmation email. I never hit the cancel button anywhere or got confirmation of a cancel.

If not I guess i'll just wait till the middle of july to finally get one like my 3G. Atleast I won't have to drive 3hrs there and 3hrs right back this time. :rolleyes:

Same thing with my reservation. Apparently I made two reservations and they were both canceled for some odd reason. I spoke to the store manager and I told him I have a confirmation email. He told me best bet was to come in the morning with my printed email when they open and I'll be able to go into the reservation line and I'll have a phone. He made a note of this on my account just incase I catch any flak. So that's the plan.
