Darker top or bottom?
My bottom is dimmer but I swear left to right I don't see any difference in brightness. Definitely not playing the swap game. I had two pretty terrible 7's before this 7plus

Nothing less than perfect. Keeping in mind that several hours a day the only iPhone component that I'm looking at is the display, I won't stop chasing until I'll get a perfect one - which I already did.
My 7+ bottom is definitely less bright but my panel in general is really good and generally quite bright period and nice colors and relative uniformity otherwise and too afraid to play the Genius Bar lottery. In fact I refuse.
I think it's better than brighter at bottom as some are reporting, as my eyes are normally looking at the top two thirds while memory muscle typing
And I can't risk not getting 10.1.1 either
I jailbreak I probably won't notice at all after a little bloard (dark keyboard)
Same with dark theme, color tint variations are less noticeable on that too with settings etc. and just looks more pleasant. I'm pumped !

some are worse than others, but if those pics looks like how it looks, thats a bit too hot
I feel like I'm the luckiest person alive. I literally have tested all colors, all brightness, etc and I ended up with a really great screen with no bleed, dead pixels or lack of color uniformity. Mine was made the week of December 11th according to my IMEI.

Aww. I really have had bad luck with a lot. IPhone 5s dead pixel, 5s again really non-uniform screen, bent 6, now the 6s I first got that I gave my guy has the battery disease, my 6s has the Samsung chip so it's battery life was pretty horrible I can't go 5-6 hours without the battery case.
Both of my 5c were perfect and this 7+.
Out of 8, 3 were good. So I'm happy. This 7+ was really hard to find (Called over 8 T-Mobiles) and it was blind luck of me paying a bill at a kiosk they had just one jet black 7+.
Edit: No hissing during restore or playing graphic intensive games, no camera issues so far, good battery life, no creaking on corners.

I've had great luck with my 7 Plus, too. No creaks, hisses, screen abnormalities, gaps, etc.
The display on my 7 looks great. Granted the only test I use is my eyes via regular daily use. I also don't go looking for things that aren't there.
Imo it's too yellow/grayish on the bottom. Personally I'd go for an exchange.
After a couple of tries I had a screen that I was more than happy with, it was really almost perfect. In 2 weeks it started making the clicking sounds though to a point where I just couldn't touch it without it clicking basically. Now I have a bad screen again, so I'll have to try again..
it's always something. Same thing here - have until Monday to return. My screen is perfect yet I have the clicking and also problems with home button haptics. Ordered a screwdriver to tighten the screws and reduce the clicking, but it may not arrive in time by Monday for me to make a decision.Not my experience. It was hard to get a good one. But it can depend on someone's perception and standards. And luck of course.
Yes, and no and no. I went through many phones with one issue or another before getting this one. I am very selective with screens.
