Do they offer any discounts if I upgrade from the latest version?
Is it 10 bucks or whatever for the length of this version or every month? Sure don't mind paying it once or even once a year but every month?I purchased the v.7 upgrade for USD9.99
It definitely makes me more inclined toward certain software over other available options if I can buy it the old fashioned way. Imagine that, actually wanting to keep using the application I paid someone to give me and have it for the lifetime of the device on which it runs. Someone should really convey this breakthrough business model idea to the big shots in Silicon Valley. This is the way devs ^^

GREAT! Thank you for the info. I'll go upgrade. It is a one time price for the upgrade.
Yes, think I saved about £3 via upgrade from 6.Do they offer any discounts if I upgrade from the latest version?
I honestly don’t see the point in this.
And that's why software is an entirely optional purchase. While the interface is nice I’m pretty sure my Apple Silicon MacBook Pro can handle its CPU, GPU, memory, fan speeds, etc. just fine without me obsessing over it through third party software.
That is not how things work here on MR. Get with the program. While the interface is nice I’m pretty sure my Apple Silicon MacBook Pro can handle its CPU, GPU, memory, fan speeds, etc. just fine without me obsessing over it through third party software.

I don't find it at all better than the prior version. Installed... played around... reverted within 45 minutes. Yuck! Where do YOU find improvements?Upgrading from v6 on a "Family" license was only $13 to run on 5 different Macs!
I've spent most of the morning configuring and customizing it, then it's easy to just export your settings and then import on other Macs. Much better than the prior version, IMO.
This is the way for a single developer who does it as a side hobby. Subscriptions are the only way to support software as a business, and it doesn't matter how much you, as a user, despises paying it.This is the way devs ^^

I would pay $10 a month to Apple for no ads on any app on my iPhone or iPad. None. Let me know when that is available.
