He means that the Aussie music and normal store is down. One would assume that the rest of the stores will follow its lead.

I'm guessing there will be an update right away as well as in Jaguar, since that release is still months away. As mentioned earlier, the "Music Store" in the side panel of iTunes 6 will likely change to just "Store" or "iTunes Store".
There will probably be a preference category just for movies. I wonder if there will be a clearer distinction now between music videos, TV shows, movies (maybe three subcategories, since having three icons for this in the side panel might make thing looked cluttered).
Whether the icon for the iTunes app will change or not is questionable. I would think this is a major enough change that they might consider it.
I think/hope that the newest iPod models (e.g. the iPods that currently show video, as well as any iPods that might be released today) will also have updated menus to correspond to those found in the new iTunes.
I hope video playback is smoother in the new iTunes. It can be choppy at times at the very beginning of videos on my Powebook G4 1.67 GHz, occasionally the video and sound are a little out of sync, and the switch to full screen looks a little clunky IMO. More options on video playback (similar to DVD player) would be appreciated.
