As of 7/29/10, BBB has received 25 complaints regarding delivery of products ordered by consumers; most involve the iPhone 4 reception case. These complaints are currently pending as BBB is waiting for the company's response.
Send them another email and tell them you are giving them <xx> days to respond. If they don't, dispute it with your CC. You have to give them a fair chance to respond unlike what they would have done for you.I'm suffering the same issues as most of you here. The case creaks and just doesn't fit correctly. I emailed Ivyskin asking about how to return the case for a refund and have not heard anything back from them. I used Google Checkout, and their return policy page says, "Google cannot approve returns or initiate refunds on behalf of the seller. Please contact the seller with your request." Anyone have any suggestions? Should I issue a dispute at my bank?
I heard back from PayPal and they denied my request, since the product shipped.
I've since contacted IvySkin to request an RNA and refund. That was 1.5 weeks ago and still haven't heard back from them. I sent another email yesterday.

Dispute it with your credit card company or PayPal for non-delivery. Don't even worry about them. If you wait too long your dispute time will run out. Worse case you'll eventually get it and if you do just either "return to sender" or keep it.What a horrible, horrible company. I can't believe they still have a website up accepting orders.
I ordered the reception case 7/7, they said it shipped 7/19 and should take 3-5 business days. Needless to say it never arrived.
They continually ignore emails, and do not answer the phone during business hours either.
I just filed my complaint formally with the BBB. I hope you guys have done that too. They need to be shut down.

First of all therere no changes to the reception case as youve stated, there has been few units with defects on our manufacturing end that has been removed from the production, according to the shipment your package is in transit that shows its in possession of USPS that will be transfer to Royal mail with delivery estimate of 6-15 business days, partial refund on shipping charges are in process and it will be issue by the end of the month, if you no longer wish to accept the delivery of the products then return the items to the shipper address and Upon our receipt of your product you should allow up to two weeks for your credit to be processed. Credit will be in full less any applicable shipping and handling fees and re-stocking fees. We apologize for any inconveniences.
