These guys are starting to piss me off. 2 e-mails and not one reply...what poor customer service.
 
I just called them and spoke to their customer service rep. He says that if you have received an email from them with shipping info, then your case has indeed shipped. He says that the USPS site will not update until the case is delivered. They started shipping on July 16th and transit times are 3-5 business days.

He also said that the case comes up only as far as the start of the screen, so I am wondering if maybe there is in fact no table top protection for the front of the phone.

Seems like people should be receiving them soon then. I'm waiting to see what everyone thinks of it before I order. I already ordered a Switcheasy Nude clear and returned it because it was crap.

Thats what they said to me, just funny that no one has recieved one yet
 
Well if the customer service guy is correct, I'd expect to receive the case either today or tomorrow (Saturday at the latest) since it supposedly shipped on Tuesday. We'll see when I get home tonight
 
I also got the email over the weekend so hopefully mine gets here soon. The USPS sucks, so it is not too surprising that their tracking has not updated.
 
Uh I wouldn't get your hopes up guys. I got the email saying mine shipped last Wednesday- July 14. The email said it'd be here in 3-5 days. No tracking info and no delivery. 8 days later...

Look at it this way...Per that one customer service rep, they started shipping on the 16th. So while you might have gotten a shipping notification, it might have just been them sending electronic info to the post office. So, while it's been 8 days since then, it's only been 5 mailing days (no delivery on Sunday, not sure how much other movement there is), or 6 business days. Don't get too worried yet!
 
Have you tried contacting them to see what they say?

No. I really don't care to deal with their customer service as I trust they'll deliver the case sometime soon. I have a Schosche bandEDGE on right now and love it so I guess I've been distracted.

Indeed that is true. As long as I get the case sometime soon I'm happy.
 
Hey, I just registered to the forum because I found this thread and I'm in the same boat.

Personally I've never seen USPS taking more than 48 hours (maybe not even more than 24 hours) to update the status of a package... I think they're lying about the shipping date... I wrote them an email last night and I haven't received a response yet.
 
I'm waiting on reviews on here and some HQ pics in order to decide.

I read their reviews on the site, but they seem fishy. Pretty impressed with how thin the case is, not sure if it'll provide any real protection though.

You know, I went back and looked at the first email I got about the shipping.

A little suspicious that they sent me an email on the 18th saying the item has shipped on the 20th. ;)

So, I guess they did send out a bunch of notifications to the USPS well in advance of actually delivering the cases to the PO.

And no, I have not received it today, but if they did not get it to the Post Office until two days ago, then theres little chance I'll get it before Saturday.

So anybody checked their mailbox yet? They might drop it to your mailbox instead of delivering to your door. I don't they require our signature for these right? I have a couple more hours to go before I go home, hopefully it will be in the mail.
 
I'll be heading home in about 20 minutes but I doubt it arrived today. Realistically I'm thinking it will get here by early/middle next week (at least for me). The fact that my tracking info hasn't changed to even say delivered leads me to that conclusion.

That email is the exact same one that I got. Clearly it's just standard copy used to appease customers (or try to anyway).
