If this rendering, which I know is just speculation, is anywhere close to the final product... Do not want.

I much prefer the bracelet wrap-around style sometimes shown here.

+1

I already have a nice watch, and i don't need another one.

Looking at the other fitness bands they all do bits and pieces, but none do it well. I want apple to come into this market and kill it, have ios notifications and a decent sleep cycle monitor/vibrate alarm.

The iWatch will be released this year, PERIOD.

If Apple does not release the iWatch this year AAPL will plunge and it will be a bloodbath, Tim knows it, every serious shareholder knows it, and they have been hyping this whole thing. There is not the slightest doubt about this 2014 release.

This could be a very calculated movement for creating both desire and expectation by selling extremely few units first, while the secret keeps secret until the D day too.

This year has been a snoozefest for Apple aside from iOS 8 / Yosemite .

Really hope they announce some exciting stuff .

Yep. a new os and an iphone is predicable. You can set your calendar to it. Apple these days seems to be about updating some kit thats already out and not updating others. Apple TV. How long have we heard about a breaking new Apple TV, it hasn't happened yet (although you could argue that the iwatch rumours are diverting the eyes from that and the big 2014 thing will be a new Apple TV).

I still do not get the point for SmartWatch. I want to watch that last at least half year of battery life.I'll probably buy iWatch it got that battery life.
I can do everything a SmartWatch can do and I .not bothered by having taking out my phone. I have enough of stuff needed to be charged every night, I do not want charge one more stuff before i go to bed and I do not want my watch out if battery during the day.

If Steve Jobs were alive and healthy, we'd probably see it released in 2014... and iPhones would launch in June.

If so it would be a zombie apocalypse or something, and we won't be worried about the iwatch release but about saving our lives.

If Android Wear devices flop, there'd certainly be no bloodbath. Many would see it as a disaster averted. I don't think everyone is pining for a notification center on their wrist. If Apple truly is working on something much more than that, I think they an take their time and release it when it's ready. If Apple actually was planning product releases around press and investor expectations it could actually be correct to say Apple is doomed.

How about give yourself a break by not replying him? Do yourself a favor and do not be an *******

I'm sorry but it's incredibly annoying when a rumor comes out and people just assume its fact. What is Ming Chi Kuo basing this prediction on? How would he know if there are production difficulties?

Nobody cares about Android Wear, I'm talking about the investment community. This is an absolute necessity from that point of view, it's the only new product line, apple business is selling high profit margin hardware, so they need to probe that they still can create new high profit margin hardware and sell it

Because they are working on that now instead of that being one of the very first things they would have worked on :rolls eyes:

Exactly. And notice the word "may". I swear "analysts" do this as a CYA measure in case a product does get delayed.

His prediction were fairly accurate before, so he has some creditability. He probably has his source from insider, probably from suppliers. You know there is nothing you cannot leak, it is just wether you can get it or not.

Yes because Ming Chi Kuo has access to Apple product release dates. Give me a break. He's just guessing like everyone else.

Give himself a break and do himself a favor?! He made a valid point; analysts are hit and miss at best, and this is a rumor site. Nothing has been confirmed. Also, it's just a tad ironic that you set off the profanity filter while attempting to persuade somebody to not be rude. ;)

This is a rumours site, not news site. You cannot expect a rumours site post an accurate news, so everything beside confirmed stuffs are speculations. If you aren't happy or getting tired of some analysis or whatever, then don't even bother to read.

I still don't get the rational of laughing at analysts when you visiting an rumours site. If this is a news site like New York Times, then you have the point, but this is god damn rumours site.

And no his point is just reminding the fact we are in a rumours site and Everything is god damn rumours. If you want accurate information, then get off from this site.
