Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus Pre-Orders Shipping Sooner Than Expected

256GB 7+ JB ATT. See my other post for more, butbasically I ordered at 311AM (EST) 9/9 (due to a delay as I was ready at 301 (EST). Original delivery date 9/29 - 10/3 then upped to 9/28 - 10/1 then delayed to 10/6 - 10/12.

Then over the weeend I saw it went to "preparing to ship" followed by a 9/21 delivery email from Apple today.

Thats great. Still no word on mine through Telstra here in Australia, and my estimate was by 11th of November, so I can always hope for an earlier delivery. Might have to invest in a case sooner than later though

Kind of annoyed by this, I'm in the UK ordered within seconds of it going on pre-sale. Got a delivery sate of 24 Sep- 3 Oct and my shipping date hasn't improved. Does anyone know if these improvements people have described (where they had the same shipping estimate as mine) are limited to the USA, or has anyone in the UK had their shipping estimate improve?

Mine hasn't moved, still 4th to 10th of October for my 128 black 7+, I'm hoping it comes forward, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

In no way does it make sense that people who were originally waiting 2 MONTHS for their phone are getting it before someone who's waiting until this Friday and ordered right when pre-orders went live.

I ordered today the 32GB matte black iphone 7 plus through att and it says preparing for shipment but its estimated arrival is october 17-24... you guys think it could arrive earlier than the estimated date?

I ordered today as well thru AT&T, Matte Black 7 Plus - 256gb. My order has changed to "preparing for shipment" but still lists the original shipping estimate when I ordered, Oct 17-24.

I never bought an iPhone before and am considering buying a Verizon jet black 7 plus 128 either from Apple (Upgrade program), Verizon (Yearly upgrade contract) or pay in full from either.

Will I get charged now and or just when the phone ships?
