Could be worse...because I have been a victim of ID Theft in the past, Citizens One wanted to "verify" it was me making the order. So my early Sept ship became November because they didn't call for 3 days.
Glad I was protected, slightly put out by the delay. So keep your heads up, we'll get there!!

I got screwed on this launch. Didn't order jet black because of the estimates....estimates are wrong. Matte black will be here tomorrow but it was available in store yesterday haha.
Please its a marketing play by apple to generate fictitious demand and users fall for it every yr. Not me. I only buy online and wait. I never join any line to pick up a simple phone device

Many customers who pre-ordered a Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus received shipping estimates ranging into October and November, but it appears Apple is working hard to overcome supply constraints and get shipments out earlier than expected.

Starting this morning, MacRumors began hearing reports from customers who originally had deliveries scheduled for a month or two out but will now be receiving their devices over the course of the next few days.

MacRumors reader Daniel was told to expect his Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus in November, but will be receiving it tomorrow, while another customer had a delivery scheduled for October 4 to 10, but will instead receive his iPhone on Wednesday. There are also multiple reports on Twitter from customers who have had similar good news, including some improved delivery estimates from carriers.

The new Jet Black iPhone offers both a unique mirror-like finish and a new deep black color, which has made it one of the most popular choices with customers. It uses a different anodization process than the other iPhones to achieve the shine, perhaps explaining why it is in shorter supply.

Reports of improved shipping estimates are encouraging for customers who are expecting to wait until November to receive a new iPhone. When pre-orders for the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus took place on September 9, shipping estimates for Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus models slipped to weeks and then months within a matter of minutes, leaving customers who wanted the new color waiting. If Apple can continue ramping up supply, orders may be going out much earlier. Orders placed today on Apple's website for the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus continue to have November delivery estimates.

For those who have ordered a Jet Black iPhone or plan to, Apple warns that the device is prone to significant scratching because of its finish, something that has indeed been seen in early reviews and in the wild already.

My ship date has been 9/23 since first 15 minutes of preorder and my iPhone is still in "process" with no cc charge :(
Ordered from Ontario, Canada.
Still no shift in delivery date.

I gave my wife my iPhone SE and took her iPhone 5 to use in the meantime, hoping the date would improve. Much regret.
The things we do for love...

Don't know who would want Jet Black. Slippery, fingerprints, smudge fest, plastic-ey, yeesh.

Anybody order a Jet Black from an actual Sprint store?? My store doesn't have any clue when they are getting my order in, and they don't even have any on display!
I did! I ordered a Jet Black 128GB 7 on 9/14 in store. My order says this: Your order for the iPhone 7 Jet Black 128GB has been received. Our various shipment times based on order date are: (i) Ships by 10/7 if ordered by 8AM CT on 9/9. (ii) Delivers 10/19-10/26 if ordered between 8AM CT on 9/9 and 12PM CT on 9/17. (iii) Delivers 11/1-11/14 if ordered after 12PM CT on 9/17. You may track the progress of your order at www.sprint.com/myorder.

Anyone who ordered a T-Mobile iPhone 7+ JB received any updates on their order? It seems as the JB plus models from AT&T/Verizon/Sprint are already shipping for many people, but no updates on the T-Mo versions.

Not here and I'm ATT (ordered 7+, JB, 256 at 3:20 AM on 9/9 with Oct 18-30 shipping). No change at all. My ceramic watch though went through today.

I've been checking my order status multiple times a day. It's just been updated from about 2 hours ago! Ordered 2 phones on same order and they have to ship together: 7, 128, MB & 7+, 256, MB pre-ordered through VZW and order placed at 5:13am EDT.... Had ship date of 9/23 and has always been "processing." Just now it updated showing SHIPPED with a delivery date of Thursday 9/22. The phones are coming from Coatesville, PA. They haven't left the warehouse, though. Just says a label has been made. Woot woot!!!

Bummer. I ordered two T-Mobile iPhone 7+'s 128GB in JetBlack. Received conformation at 3:11am EST the day pre-orders began with Oct4-Oct10th delivery window. I have yet to see any change in my order. Meanwhile there are tons of people who ordered the same phone i did except they ordered AT&T/Verizon and were given the Oct4-Oct10th window as I and they're receiving it this week! Not. Fair. At. All.

At this point it would seem I have a better shot at winning the lottery than getting my Verizon 7+ 256 shipped, on that note off I go to buy a ticket! :p

I order my Verizon JB7+ 256gb at 12:40am pst 9/9/16 through apple.com and my shipping date is November. :(

My order from ATT @ 2:53AM Eastern time for a Jet Black 128GB + just went through. Got a text message from ATT about 5 min ago saying it was shipping. Never thought I see the day......was this close to canceling.

Ordered my Verizon 7+ JB 128GB from apple's site on launch night at about 3:15 EST and have been stuck on a October 18-31 ship date without any updates so far :(

Yep, just got an ATT text about 10 minutes ago for a 128GB Jet Black +. And I only ordered the phone about 2 days ago.

For the people who are getting shipment notifications, when was it originally supposed to ship? Are you seeing your order page ship time go down before it ships or do you just see a notification that says it shipped then the order page says shipped? Lastly, did you order through apple or through your carrier?
I ordered through AT&T on the 9/13 because T-Mobile messed up my order. I haven't seen any updates on my 7+ black 128gb or my dad's 7+ black 32gb
