This is actually a really neat idea, and I applaud their generosity and forward thinking attitude when it comes to education. I went through a fairly decent design program, but they don't teach you crap about technology. I had to get creative with my elective choices, and spent tons of time inside and outside of school learning how to code, UX patterns, app design, video editing, painting, color theory, typography, layout, writing, web design, building computers, product design drafting, 3D modeling, and all of the other things that give me a more complete picture of how the industry works. Then on top of that I got minors in photography and advertising/promotion. It would have been nice to get everything rolled up into one comprehensive program instead of the 180 hours of college credit that I completed over six years.
