Exactly why I believe Jobs either didn't send that e-mail, or he was drunk or something.
No way they're calling this a non-issue, when you iphone apple support, they're inundated and say they're investigating...
S.J is obviously healthy again. Full of piss and vinegar. Steve to consumers- "Don't like the phone, F.U"
Bad for Iphone 4 buyers (my 3gs wins!) but a healthy, arrogant Steve means more good things from Apple in he future.
*sigh* I'm always late to the partyIt is a nice clear promo shot though.
Remember the Hubble? They didn't pull it out of the sky or send it back. They just did something different and ended up with something better in the long run.
.
Wow, this is not good press for apple and of course apple back peddling saying all phones do this. Seems kind of un-apple like. I mean they were touting how their new antenna system actually increased range and quality, now only to find out the opposite.
There answer to hold the phone differently is kind of bogus too.

Who said UK is in Europe ?Read the thread. Several people who are in countries outside of the US have reported the same issue. In fact, on Engadget's post about this issue, they demoed it on a British iPhone on the O2-UK network. This is not AT&T's problem.

That's not quite accurate. It only does the opposite, if you touch it in this specific place. Otherwise, most are reporting better range and quality.

In short; It's the FCC's fault.

Hmm... Sounds accurate enough to me. I guess you could never touch your phone and it would definitely provide improved signal. That's not so irrational now, is it?
Why am I not surprised the Japanese had a creative solution? This is the proper way to hold your iPhone4.
This is the way this character holds his cell.
FYI, from a movie called "Death Note".
Thank Mabonic.
you got a crazy thumb.....I don't think I can hold it like that
