I bet Apple's gonna pull a 2020 MacBook Air refresh for the Pro.

Same design, just a newer keyboard and internals.

There's never been any proof that scissor switch keys are "more reliable" than butterfly switch.
Butterfly keyboards are not reliable and have had to have replacement programs on every model. Scissor switch existed for decades without such a program.

Apple Is burning millions of dollars on the replacement program; $700 for every keyboard replaced. That is the proof any logical person needs.

Ok, good, now the only products they need to update are the iMacs, which should be next...please!?

I’m not really happy as everyone. I love the current 13” size and weight. I didn’t like the size/weight compromises made in the 16” model. It’s massive. I thinking that’s OK for some users. But the 13” model users want a compact, lightweight computer and the 16” precedent is not bringing hope. Also, the new scissors keys seems to be even more “wobbling” than the pre-butterfly ones, and mushy, like an old abused computer. I will be sorry to see the 13” disappear.

And I’m okay with this. The butterfly key was decent, but it’s not meant for long periods of typing. My fingertips were fatigued quickly. Never had that issue with other keyboards.

But today is only Monday. Apple is normally doing stuff on Tuesdays. Or am I wrong?

It depends. iPhone SE was launched on April 15, a Wednesday. MacbookAir was announced March 18, still a Wednesday.
The last iPhone event was a Tuesday, but as far as I remember the spring event in 2019 was on a Monday and they had the week of announcements with a press release each day with a new product. The new MBP could be launched today as far as we know

We know magic keyboard and base 256GB given but 14",LPDDR4,WiFi6,Intel 10th gen and surprise us with bit lower price like 2020 Macbook Air.

Damn, my sis bought a 13" MBP a month ago. I had told her to hold out through March in case there was a refresh. Oh well, that's how these things go.

The new 14-inch MacBook Pro is also expected to feature soldered RAM and soldered SSD what makes any fix or upgrade impossible. Hell yeah!!!
We only have one planet - waste it with useless hardware! Don't fix, just throw away!! This is the way to go... </irony>

I'm all in if it is a 14" with a 32GB option. If it is 13" I haven't decided. If it is still 16GB max then I'm out regardless.
