"Judge" people by their avatars?

If we judged people by their avatars, we'd all think bartelby was some creepy kind of guy. I know I'm not the only one creeped out by his 'tar. :D
He actually looks like that in real life. I have evidence.

My avatar would suggest that I am a very fat guy with a mustache.
And mine would suggest I'm a 20 year old woman.

Canadian literature
 :p

My legs are shaved and I am a guy but they are not that shiny. I do not go that "far". :p
Thats number 39,287 on the list of "things not to admit to others".

There's also a possibility that rdowns wears women's panties. (Damn he has nice legs...)
I thought you'd seen the photos.

I like changing my avatars around, I'm just indecisive and bore easily.
We had noticed :p

I have a couple on my ignore list. These are members who rarely say anything interesting. Most of the time they're just repeating the same crap time and time again.

If they do say anything interesting someone else will quote it.
So you've ignored all the Demis then?

I do hope no one thinks that I'm only an inch tall and
made of plastic. Because I'm not, and I'm not.
An inch comes in to it, but not when referring to your total height. :p

Tell us something we don't know.
Lachanophobia is the fear of vegetables.

I am not afraid to admit that I shave my legs, arms, basically everything below the neck.
Why are people so afraid of the human body and what people do with their bodies so much these days?

My speed reading recognition is poor. If it wasn't for the 'tars, I'd think Sushi and Sesshi were the same person. Now I know one is a fish kabob, and the other is an empire penguin that humps the water heater.

And I'm a monkey that loves to be touched.

If I am bald, I've got more hair than any other bald person ever.

When I'm up there it's either Edinburgh or Glasgow. I used to live in Stirling.

Know them well?

No sir - I've never been to the UK, my aunt has been several times (including Scotland) and I have a fair percentage of Scottish blood in my veins and have looked into heading over their if my finances pick up. It truly is beautiful in the highlands, even some of that desolate northern country is rugged and beautiful.

A friend of mine's dad was born just over the border from Glasgow, and grew up right near there. My dad's from Coventry, way south however.

If that's too much information, slap me.

Mine is suposed to be me, I hope you don't judge me by the funny moustache, the greasy hair and the stretched arm ...

I do not believe you are.

I think you are an interesting person as well (just like Skunk) and you have one thing in common with me so far right now: "Shaving everything below the neck". :D

Aww thanks! But I think skunk has me beat as far as "interesting" goes. I can't compete with him! :D

Oh and I don't shave everything, just certain places.

Trip, are you a Star Trek fan? Particularly Enterprise? Reason for asking, I always liked that character, and his avatar would be interesting.

I like Star Trek: Enterprise a lot and it was one of my most favourite shows.
Did you guys like to watch that show?
Here's an idea. Why not a MacRumours Star Trek theme? Everyone switch their avatars to Star Trek characters.
