45 minutes a day of exercise for the rest of the month. Quite an easy one for me.
Well done. Now just push on for a perfect month.June done.

If by yoga you mean the stuff that - by stereotype - suburban individuals do then, yeah. It's low intensity.I think I will too. Yoga is way too low intensity for me. I only like high intensity stuff. I feel like I’d probably burn more calories taking a nap. 😴 💤
Same goal I had. Excellent! Good work!View attachment 1798183
All good 😃
In other words your July (like mine!) will be busy!
Got this today… as for my June goal, I’m at 130/160 miles so not going to make it

Wow!!! Has the watch made a big difference in your fitness journey or you were always fit and the watch was more of a journaling device?Got this today… as for my June goal, I’m at 130/160 miles so not going to make it

In the beginning, like the first 2-3 years it has definitely helped, tracking how much I exercise and the challenges ... for the past 2-3 years I've been working out every day pretty much, and I don't let the watch "control" my workouts/challenges anymore, eg my move goal is low at 300 but I'm hitting 1000+ every day, so now it is more of a tracker vs a motivator, though I still like the challenges for the most part ...Wow!!! Congratulations. No chance for 10 miles a day for the rest of the month though?Got this today… as for my June goal, I’m at 130/160 miles so not going to make it

Thanks, and no ... for one I do cycling every day and second, we're hitting mid 90s (~35C) so I am not motivated to go outside and walk ... and I actually can't do running cause my feet/bones don't support it anymoreCongratulations. No chance for 10 miles a day for the rest of the month though?

I don’t run much either because of the impact on my knees. Mostly walking and cross trainer for my exercise. Thanks, and no ... for one I do cycling every day and second, we're hitting mid 90s (~35C) so I am not motivated to go outside and walk ... and I actually can't do running cause my feet/bones don't support it anymore
My June goal is going to be close - I have 286 out of 316 miles. I just got in a 10 mile run followed by about a 1.5 mile walk. I won't be able to get 10 mile runs for Monday - Wednesday, but I may be able to run enough that the normal walking around I do will juuuuust push me over the challenge distance.as for my June goal, I’m at 130/160 miles so not going to make it
