Yea, luckily my knees aren’t bothering me at presence…I don’t run much either because of the impact on my knees. Mostly walking and cross trainer for my exercise.
I also think/know that my actual walking distance if off, part of my cycling involves upper body exercise/arm moving/swinging and the watch counts it as steps, not sure how much but it does…
