+1... this is why a lot of people here are furious at this point. Unacceptable and such a FAILURE of a launch.

Says the guy who ordered 3 weeks after pre-orders began....

I ordered 22 minutes after pre-orders began and I have 29 May- 8 June or something like that. I'm obviously very disappointed, but I'm mostly disappointed in myself that I slept through my alarm. Apple can only make so many watches. Should Apple have waited until June/July with stock sitting in the warehouse to allow for everyone to get one immediately? It's a delicate balance, because holding inventory costs. Plus Apple had no way of knowing the initial demand. Plus it's always better to release a little early. Constrained stock looks better than way too much stock.

I hear what you are saying, and even though i am excited, I am serious contemplating cancelling my order and then waiting for :apple:watch2 to come out. I will be right pissed if they release it in November after waiting almost two months for edition 1...

Part of me is angry at myself for canceling..the other part..not so much. If these orders somehow get filled faster they will be in stores. I really wanted this for 5ks I run in the summer. At the pace these are being made and delivered I may miss the entire summer season.

I just feel like it is going to take an entire quarter to get these delivered and I have better things to do with my time than to keep checking order status for something that may never come.

ordered my 42MM SGS on 4-29 and just got a delivery window of 5-6 weeks. initial delivery window of 6-22 6-29 Status changed about an hour ago.

Mine also updated june 22 to june 29 delivery. This launch for apple watch really sucks. I feel just like everyone on here who is frustrated. Those of you making excuses for Apple need to accept this failure and stop bashing people who were anticipating a decent delivery time. We've all been reasonable with the delay but this is ridiculous. No matter how loyal you are this should not be acceptable to anyone.

exactly... oh the irony. anyways, I can't wait  lol

April 12th Order

Ordered on April 12th and order status just changed from June to shipping: 5-6 weeks and delivering june 22 - 29

ordered 42mm space grey sport on 4-27 and got June with EOD of 3-5 weeks.
Just changed to June 22-June 29 (so really 7 weeks at best, maybe 6 if they ship sooner).

Ordered 38mm sport white on 5-12 and it said june 8-June 19 and 3-5 weeks although that window is really 4-6 weeks.

Unsure which one I will really keep. The 38mm probably more prudent as they will surely change a lot in second gen--maybe more waterproof or FaceTime audio calls--something that people really want.
At the same time, 42 mm has a better battery life, maybe worth the extra $50 for less hassle. I know people are mostly saying it lasts a day, but dont know how it will change after 6 months--or after listening to lots of music.

My 5s battery is crappy now--4 hours or less active duty.

If they really have next iPhone 2 gb, that might also cause an issue for the iPhone 5s to run on iOS 9, hope they don't slow it down too much. I am guessing the iPhone will have to update to the latest software in order to keep up with the watch os updates so i would be forced to update the 5s to iOS 9...

LOL... I ordered 2 mins in after 3am 4/10.. but that was late and I sold that. LOL

now I ordered a new one, 4/29 with "june" ship date...

Long time follower of this thread, first post. I too received my first update on than the generic "June". I ordered a 42 mm SG Sport BSB (of course it's a BSB, that's the only way the SG can be ordered) on April 20th at roughly 9 am CST. It was updated this morning to the same window you guys now have, "22 June - 29 June". I suspect it will come sooner than that, but that's more of a hope than a probable scenario. We won't know until Apple tells us, or we hear from someone else with our same watch configuration and similar order date and time that gets their watch sooner.

So you already had a watch and sold it, not you're crying like a baby because you have to wait

HAHAHAHA, you can't make this stuff up

Mine updated overnight as well. Hoping it comes by Father's Day.

If that article is true then we all can probably expect ours before our updated 22-29 dates.
They changed a bunch of people this morning meaning the big wigs upstairs are crunching numbers & making progress.
If their up to full capacity now then those dates are probably the very latest.
In the next week I wouldn't doubt we will see some real progress.

Just thought of something:

I ordered 4/30, and I planned to just bring the watch to the Apple Store to get AC+ when I received it. I have 60 days from the date of purchase to add AC+. If Apple misses the mark and delivers 6/30, that would be 61 days. Would they allow me to add AC+ given that I hadn't even had the device in the 60-day window?

The Sodastream is awesome. I love mine.

Same here. I normally wouldn't be quite as antsy, but I bought this thing as a reward for surviving a hellish semester at school and half the people in my department at work leaving within the same month. I'm getting overtime as a result of the second part, so I figured I could pay for one using that. Wish I had known earlier I was going to get a huge tax refund thanks to a student tax credit so I could've bought one on April 10, but that's passed. I bought a SodaStream to serve as my toy until the Watch comes.

Mine updated overnight as well. I can only assume people who ordered on 4/11 will get theirs much sooner than those ordering at the end of April.

I'd assume since you haven't been charged yet, then it doesn't count as time. Technically you haven't purchased anything, your just in a digital line to buy one.
