I ordered a 42mm SS white sports band watch on 4/22 with a June ship date and I'm still processing.
I ordered a second 42mm SA white sports band watch on 4/28 with a June ship date just to see if it would beat the SS one I bought a week earlier. That's still processing.
Honestly - someone tell me what they should have done instead. There are really only two options - 1) stop taking orders immediately when current supply was exhausted 2) build a giant stock pile of watches and then start taking orders. Folks understand why both of these are insane, right?
Ordered a 42mm SG on 4/27. Also have been updated to the June 22-June 29 timeframe
What more could apple had done? Well first They have been talking about it since Sept. and in March gave prices. At that point manufacturing should have been in full swing since the had 7 months to prepare. And to say that the demand out weighed did the stock?? Well that's a propaganda move to say it was a big hit. There are so many things Apple could have done differently to make this a launch that they could be proud of. Of ALLL the products that they launched, this is by far the saddest. If your not Beyoncé or a developer, your in a que. They went corporate, not personal...
That is the beauty of a public forum. I can vent my frustrations with a group of like minded individuals and not be required to provide a solution. I would never presume to be in a position to advise a multi billion dollar corporation and their logistical issues. I do know I'm not happy with the way they are currently handling, or not handling, things. I'm not alone in this feeling and even though I'm sure Apple could care less, I'd like to hope the Apple that I know does care. It's what always separated them from all the others. Apple, to me, has always been about the experience, not benchmarks or hardware. Unfortunately for me, this process has not been a pleasant experience. That unfortunately is a first for me with regards to Apple.
I ordered the Apple Watch Sport 42mm Space Gray Aluminum w/black band on April 19. The delivery date was just June up until today where I noticed it was changed to June 22 to June 29. Can't wait!![]()
Another Delivers: 22 Jun, 2015 - 29 Jun, 2015 by Standard Shipping here. Might as well just say July at first place. It looks like whoever ordered after 4/11 gets in this line. I guess Apple decided to make whoever that ordered on 4/10 first 5 minutes happy and screw everyone else.![]()
Got an update on my 42mm SG (ordered 4/11 @ ~11:14am EST)
Delivers: 22 Jun, 2015 - 29 Jun, 2015 by Standard Shipping
Have seen a number of others who ordered late April get the same delivery window for the same model.![]()
i ordered a 42mm SG on 4/13 and mine still says some "June" why is everybody else gettin updates and not me.
----------
dang nevermind i just checked and it says Jun 22 - Jun 29 (standard shipping) what does the standard shipping part mean?
I think Apple is at this point giving generic shipping dates to orders in general. Which I'm grateful for.
I find it hard to believe those of us ordered late on the 10th/early on the 11th have the same shipping week as orders that were placed 3 weeks later. I of course don't know but am assuming at least some of us who ordered much earlier will be getting surprises before that shipping window. Time will tell!!

Isn't "June" generic enough. Why do they have to update to "June 22-June 29?" Why should I be grateful for going from June to June 22-June 29? The end of that range is 1 day from the end of June. Ultimately, what's the difference? So, why the need to update it?
