I'd assume since you haven't been charged yet, then it doesn't count as time. Technically you haven't purchased anything, your just in a digital line to buy one.

Just thought of something:
I ordered 4/30, and I planned to just bring the watch to the Apple Store to get AC+ when I received it. I have 60 days from the date of purchase to add AC+. If Apple misses the mark and delivers 6/30, that would be 61 days. Would they allow me to add AC+ given that I hadn't even had the device in the 60-day window?
Mine updated overnight as well. I can only assume people who ordered on 4/11 will get theirs much sooner than those ordering at the end of April.
I'm disappointed with the update, but I'll hold on and be patient - especially since I waited until the end of April to make up my mind. I knew my ship window was June, and though I hoped for the best I will accept anything in June.
However, if orders could be delivered faster, but won't in order to ramp up production to stock the stores at the expense of those who have already ordered, I'm out. People who ordered the same model I did just a few days before me received their orders this week. My rudimentary idea of the supply chain would suggest that my order should be getting pretty close to shipment.
If word comes out that Apple is targeting mid-June for stocking the stores, I'll be upset, and I'll cancel. I understand that they are a business and need product in stores in order to really push it, but I'd feel let down enough to cancel my order.
Whenever someone orders a watch, they are placed in line for that particular model build. Due to the supply chain, not every model is produced at the exact same time. Supply has still not caught up with demand, but Apple is working very hard to make it the best they can be. Everyone's complaints towards Apple comes across as whining. Please stop whining. Apple is doing everything they can to deliver the model of your choice as quickly as they can.

Might as well just say JULY!
Frustrating how different the ship times are for different bands.
Ordered my SS with BLL on April 11th - Delivery in June. Yesterday it changed to a window of June 25 - July 2.
Anyone know how solid that window is? Still holding out hope I'll receive mine sooner.

Originally June, changed to June 22 - June 29 yesterday. Talked to support yesterday after 2 calls were dropped by them, support had no further info, so no help there. Really disappointed at how poorly this launch was handled.
so you don't think it was Apple's decision to launch a product without enough inventory to even come close to covering demand? It may not even have been the wrong decision, but they decided to launch knowing they wouldn't be able to ship a significant amount of their models right away.
And I'm still just seeing July. Sigh.
