It's actually not true...

It's saying PC is equal to True, Mac has a larger value than PC, meaning Mac has a larger value than True.

For the dock I'm guessing Geektool - create a new shell, set the background colour to black and change the transparency as wanted - and for the music info i'd say Bowtie http://bowtieapp.com/

Edit - Also using cleardock/Mirage to remove the default dock http://macthemes2.net/forum/viewtopic.php?id=16785139
