For each of the following products did Samsung (SEC, SEA, STA) infringe claim 19 of /301 patent?

Answer for all devices is YES. for SEA, Galaxy Tab Wifi
STA yes for Captivate

Continuum, Droid Charge, Exhibit 4G, Galasy Ace, Prevail, S 4G, S II, Galaxy Tab, The Gem, Indulge, Infuse 4G, Mesmerie, Nexus S 4G, Replenish and Vibrant

I don't see how any sane jury can't come to the same conclusion as the South Korean courts did. Which would be a bad thing for both side, but ultimately good for the consumer, as it will show that litigation is not the solution.

Samsung has infringed, Galaxy tab etc

Ah ok. Then, it's plenty likely that both companies won some of the claims. It could easily be a "tie."

Both sides have also set up appeals already. Samsung was denied quite a few motions quite unfairly by Judge Grewall that reviewed the discovery process. Even Koh had to concede as much in a 100 page decision she rendered this week for jury instruction.

No matter what gets decided today, I have a feeling we're heading into appeals, heck, both sides will probably try to appeal some of the multiple decisions. This has been a farce since the beginning, and at this point, it covers devices that are no longer on the market really.

If it ends up a sweep for Apple then it's a complete joke, just as if it were a complete sweep for Samsung.

They did the "smell" test. On the 2nd claim it's a split decision. Yes on some, no on some others.

The big devices infringe, though. I don't even know what the Ace Intercept is.
