Just Received a CSS Email From AT&T!

Just an FYI for everyone who has ordered the new iPhone. I just received a Customer Service Summary email from AT&T outlining the upgrade to my existing iPhone Plan. I ordered from Apple for home delivery so it appears the order information has been transferred from Apple to AT&T. Everything looked accurate except for the discount from my FAN not being reflected in the rates, however, the FAN number was shown in the order summary so I'm assuming it will be applied. Things are looking up. :D

Just curious because I completed the pre-order process on Tue. thru Apple and am wondering how long it was between when you completed the pre-order process and receiving the CCS email?
 
I ordered mine from Apple at 7pm for June 24th delivery and received the email at 8am this morning.
 
Ordered one through Apple on the 15th (5pm ET) for delivery by June 24 and received the CSS at 6:09am ET. I ordered another one for my wife (we are on a family plan) on 6/17 (for shipping on July 14th) and did not get the CSS from AT&T. Once you get the CSS, check your upgrade eligibility on AT&T. It should have reset for the line you received the e-mail for. Before the CSS, I was still eligibile for an upgrade after buying the phone through apple, but now it gives me a new date of upgrade eligibility of 6/18/2011.
 
I ordered mine through AT&T.com 6-15 at 6:45 AM did not get the CSS email but I did reserve one at apple.com for store pick up on 6-15 at 6:36am and got the email. The reason I know is cause apple and AT&T have seperate email addresses for me.
 
i did not get an email yet, but two of the three lines i did upgrade to iphone now show a feb 2012 upgrade option.. which i am assuming its been processed. now waiting for the 3rd line :)
 
I pre-ordered at Apple.com at 8:45 a.m. on Tuesday (after trying for 5.5 hours), and I got the CSS e-mail this morning at 8:19. My new upgrade is now November 2011.
 
I pre-ordered from AT&T at about 5:20am on the 15th ...

had received no confirmations until ...

2:51am today I got the CSS email from AT&T.


Had not checked or called for confirmation --- figured it would sort itself out.

I'll assume this means I have a phone en route, but who knows? :p

I think it signals we've entered into a new agreement (2 yr. contract) with AT&T?
