Got mine as well. I ordered through apple so guess upgrade went through. I do have a question when i reviewed the data plan i didn't see it saying unlimited. just 30 dollar data plan. Anyone else notice this? I am assuming that this hasn't changed but I don't like to assume anything with ATT.

Just Received a CSS Email From AT&T!

I think the pre-order/purchase confirmation is different ... but I didn't get one so just assuming.
I never got this CSS email from AT&T for the phone I ordered on Apple.com (right when it went up for preorder, 3am central time). But I checked my upgrade status on AT&T's site and it now says 6/18/2011, so I should be good right?
For those of you that have received the CCS email from AT&T:
Does your account have a FAN# associated with it?
I ask this to see if that has anything to do with those who have received the email and those who haven't.
I have a FAN# tied to my account, but have not yet recieved the email from AT&T, finished the pre-order process thru Apple on 6/15 at 9am CST and received the confirmation email from Apple much later that same day.

I have FAN and recieved the email just now... Only one email although two ordered... And the CSS I got was for the 2nd phone I ordered which has me a bit worried since I also reserved one for pickup on that account (which I cancelled this morning)... MAN! I hope this CSS is for the one I actually ordered for delivery!! Is it possible its for the reserved phone and my ordered phone wont ship now?!
I just barely received a CSS too. My wife hasn't yet and her iPhone was to be delivered on the 24th, and mine was the July 2nd order because of hours of server down time between the orders. My upgrade availability has changed to 2/18/2012, but hers hasn't. Weird.
Contacted ATT (for what's it worth anyway ) and the guy spent some time checking the CSS upgrade and confirmed mine was triggered by the home delivered iphone rather than reservation (phew!). Additionally, ordered my upgrade phone about 10 hours after my husband's... still havent received his email, so this is definitely not getting sent out in any specific order...

Nice Freudian typo there. Yes, the email is equivalent to a "conformation." You conform to ATTs rules and charges or no iPhone for you. Heh. We are all conformists now.

2. Go to Profile
3. Go to User Information
4. You will that that your new contract date is 06/XX/2012 along with your new CSS
5. Repeat for each line

I got 2 CSS emails (we ordered two iPhones) and 4 "Information about your AT&T Plan" emails... Is this normal? Cause my parents were talking about getting four (for the whole family), so my dad may have done that, but there's only two CSS emails... Help?

I Ordered My Iphone 4 June 15 At Like 5 Am Eastern Standard Time, On Apple.com For Pick Up At My Local Apple Store. I Received An Email From An Apple Saying That It Was Reserved And Will Be Ready For Pick Up At The Store I Choose. Question? In The Email Doesnt Have My Name Or Apple Id, But Had The Phone My Rate Plan And Data Etc, I Guess When You Go To The Apple Store Just Give Them Your Apple Id Or Your Name ? Am I Safe ?
I received this e-mail also. I went to view my account online, and my upgrade status changed to 11/18/2011. Mine went through!!
However, my husband's is still showing that he is available to upgrade. I am thinking that is because even though I placed his order first, I received his e-mail confirmation way after mine. His should be changed soon!!

You should be very worried due to the incompetence of AT&T.

I would not think that you would get one if you are picking it up in the store because what happens if you do not get a chance to pick it up or if they sell it to someone else? How would that affect your upgrade eligibility?
