Funny how right after someone else leaks the iPhone 17 RAM, Kuo has to chime in, like he knew about it all along.
Nice one Tim, just p**s your customers off more and more, every year, with each new novelty phone release🙄.
Oh, iPhone 15 and 15 Plus owners are going to care about that pretty soon, when they realize their months-old phones can’t run Apple Intelligence.Majority of the customers don’t care about RAM in their phones
I’ll let you in on a secret: Most people don’t care about any of that garbage and it’s only being put into the OS because investors are maroons.Oh, iPhone 15 and 15 Plus owners are going to care about that pretty soon, when they realize their months-old phones can’t run Apple Intelligence.
They will care when they see the new Siri on their friends phones doing things their Siri is too dumb to understand.I’ll let you in on a secret: Most people don’t care about any of that garbage and it’s only being put into the OS because investors are maroons.
Your assumption is that people will suddenly like talking to their phone or change their whole work flow. They will care when they see the new Siri on their friends phones doing things their Siri is too dumb to understand.
Right, they don't care about specs and ram BUT they will notice the consequences of low ram.Majority of the customers don’t care about RAM in their phones
We all should ditch our phones and go back to regular mail and landline calls.Your assumption is that people will suddenly like talking to their phone or change their whole work flow.
I have the latest macOS beta and used these features exactly 0 times. I just forget it is even there and it doesn't go with my habit of doing things a certain way.
If anything, Gen Z seems to be going back to "basics". I noticed point and shoot digital cameras are becoming a thing again.
Perhaps you should browse the macfacts.com website instead.I find it incredibly annoying that MR releases/shares rumors about future iPhones before the next iPhone (in this case, 16) is released. Feels kind of disrespectful to the unreleased iPhone, IMHO.
MR users don’t care about UX, only specs 😂😂Spot-on. I certainly don't.
The metric for me is performance, usability, and good cameras. If Apple could achieve the same level of performance with 4K of RAM I certainly wouldn't complain.
But that's not what 99% people will do. For rabid Apple fans like me, I would still buy 17 Pro Max ultra chad edition if it has 4Gb RAM and Apple markets it as "We have finally solved AI and RAM issue". For me and millions like me, Apple marketing is very important. I might get laughed at in public while flaunting an old model. I really want my favorite company to succeed in all walks of life. Taking a loan is perfectly acceptable to me.Differentiating the Pro models this way doesn't motivate me to spend more on a Pro Max. It means I would either settle for the cheaper iPhone 17 or not upgrade at all.
That's probably because theres not much to complain about Apple's UX since its too good. It's just that more ram and better pricing on upgraded specs would be nice.MR users don’t care about UX, only specs 😂😂
Well, at least they don’t have the guts to put 4GB of RAM on M3 MBA. I heard Apple RAM is 100% more effective than PC RAM in all cases.Come on, this is Apple. Everyone knows this is true. The other report about 12GB for all iPhone 17 was pure fantasy.
This is the same company that puts 8GB RAM in M3 MacBook Pro.
the majority of customers have not cared or even known how much RAM is in their phones.Majority of the customers don’t care about RAM in their phones
It’s going to be glorious if Gen Z suddenly flocks to buy dumb phones and ditch social media en mass, realising how much their life has been sucked out by those “intelligent devices”.If anything, Gen Z seems to be going back to "basics". I noticed point and shoot digital cameras are becoming a thing again.
That would be amazing for most people I’d imagine. Bring back CRT and Windows XP while we are at it.We all should ditch our phones and go back to regular mail and landline calls.

this article clearly indicates that those times are ending.
if the iPhone 17 Pro Max needs to have upgraded heat cooling components, as is written, there is intensive on device processing.
im betting you and pretty much all customers will start to care very much about how much RAM there is in iPhones and iPads.
talk to us again in 2 years, after you buy an iPhone 16 with 8GB RAM.
Oh, iPhone 15 and 15 Plus owners are going to care about that pretty soon, when they realize their months-old phones can’t run Apple Intelligence.
They do, they just might not make the connection between a slowing phone , poor multi tasking and lacking features like Apple intelligence and a low ram count.Majority of the customers don’t care about RAM in their phones
Because Kuo has a great track record. One of the best. The one time I doubted him was when he said early last year that a new AirPods max won’t be out until late 24 or early 25. I thought surely Apple won’t wait that long... but Kuo was right yet again. Why do so many of you just assume a rumor is true and immediately start bashing Apple? It defies logic.

You can keep windows xp, Mac OS 7.1, thank you very much. That would be amazing for most people I’d imagine. Bring back CRT and Windows XP while we are at it.
