Sounds like a Win-Win!!
Coming from a bunch of 30" ACDs the Apple 27" Studio display is too small, so this Kuycon 32" feels much safer, and the screen real-estate is a must have for productivity etc.. Don't care about a built-in camera, have that on my MBP 16"
Any issues usually can be worked around with 3rd party apps.

Geneman14 for the great feedback, sure is a more viable option to get a 6K display. The LG 6K if it materialises will likely be a lot more than the Kuycon

Three questions:
1. Is the Kuycon color accurate (or close to it) for photo and video /reference work?
2. Is the USB-C port on the back of the Kuycon a true Thunderbolt 5 port? (the first one)
3. If you have 2 or three of these, do you connect them via the back of the display ports to daisy chain (which ports). Or from your Mac's ports?
